Good breakfast nice and hot.Car parking exalt. Staff on had for anything you needed.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room and bathroom was spotless.
Staff Were extremely friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely rebook next time we are in Skegness

I can not find anything wrong it was magnificent and very clean lovely location as well not too far from town
