We had a good stay over the Christmas holiday while visiting family in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean as well. The room layout was really good for our family, nice to have the bedroom separate from the living space.

Had a three night stay. I wish I got his name, but the front desk host was super friendly (as was all the staff) and he gave great restaurant recommendations! We also appreciated the breakfast sides changing each morning.

The room was clean. Some pieces of furniture looked a little rough however nothing was wrong with my room. Comfortable stay. At night I could hear the footsteps above me.

Nicely appointed room with a comfortable bed, great linens and towels, and very courteous staff. Both evening and morning desk personnel were helpful and polite. The bed was so comfortable and the room darkening curtains so effective that we slept right through breakfast. It was a good thing that check-out wasn't until noon.

Amazing trip! Stayed for a lacrosse tournament. Location was great easy to get to. Very nice staff. Family enjoyed the pool. Husband liked the gym. Breakfast left a little to be desired... but wonderful staff. Would stay here again

Great location. Service is fast and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, showers have good pressure and plenty of hot water, and they checked in on me throughout my stay to make sure everything was good.

We liked the friendliness and prompt service at the front desk by Sophie. She also took our booking over the phone and was very friendly. She really went above and beyond. Also, the hot/cold breakfast was wonderful. This place really feels like home. We will be back one day. Thank you, The Rygiels

Frustrated, because i reserved a suit with 2 bedroom but when i check in they give me a suit with only 1 room with out comunication after the check in inwent to buy something but went i in to the room surprise only one bedroom, i wen to the front desk and the lady in the front said we dont have a suit with 2 bedroom later she said we have but is not for rent always expedia did the same mistake later said all the the suit with 2 bedroom are full the offer me later another room but was to far of the 1st one and iwas with my childrens how i can leave my children alone expedia called them and they said they was overbooked.

Hospitality was good. Room was clean and so was the bathroom but the sink as you got to use it, it would begin to clog and would take a while for the water to drain but everything else was good. Would I stay again when visiting, yes!!

The hotel is perfectly fine ，only ｛Expedia ｝reservation website sucks. When we went to the hotel to confirm, the service staff said we didn't have a reservation, I called the Expedia customer service, but I couldn't understand the customer service's English at all

Upon arrival my room, room 315 smelled like Nicotine. I called front desk and they had someone come spray the room; however every time I left the room and walked back in the smell was really strong. I do believe it could’ve been housekeeping because we checked in late and the smell was pretty strong. Overall it could’ve been better. The breakfast was pretty funny tasting and the pool was closed so there wasn’t much to look forward too. I wouldn’t go back. Sorry. The staff was amazing though. Brian was really nice.

Didn’t like that the pool was not open or that we could not get the Wi-Fi to work on our devices. We ended up checking out 20 minutes after checking in and just lost our money.
