Nice area of Helsinki. Pretty standard. Good service. The bathroom could use an upgrade.

It was fine. The beds were clean and the kitchen was cleaned daily. The couches had crumbs all over them and there were only one or two toilets for everyone staying in the hostel, so there was often a long wait in the morning. An okay budget option if the other hostels are booked. you get what you pay for. On the upside, it’s extremely close to the metro which will get you straight to Kamppi or Rautatientori, and Kallio is a fun neighborhood.

My stay here was ok. It was a bit noisy by other guests. The bathrooms was the only real issue I had with this place. Only 2 toilets and 2 showers. There seemed to always be a line (at busy hours morning/night). The one bathroom had a really bad smell.
Location was perfect. Took bus 615 from airport, the stop was just out the door across the street. Walking distance to down town Helsinki. Took me about 30 mins to walk but I stop lots to take photos.

I was impressed with the amount of information there. From events to what buses to catch. Loved the personal lockers that worked with personal key cards. Staff very friendly, woman even carried my luggage up the steps!

People were out in the common area cooking and being noisy late into the night despite the posted quiet hours. The room was very hot - don't know why the blinds were open to let all the sun in before we arrived. The bathrooms were clean enough. Location was okay; not much around but close to a metro station. Probably won't be back if we visit Helsinki again.

Location, absolutely perfect. Bus from airport, basically to doorstep. All shops, food, markets within walking distance.

I enjoyed the property overall, and the staff was very helpful. My only issue was the bathroom smelled very funky of seemingly all kinds of different smells. I recommend there being some sort of spray inside the bathroom in the back or something.

The stay and everything was great. However, it's quite difficult to contact the staffs through email. Got my email replied almost a week later explaining that staffs are ill which is fair enough. Maybe it's just a one off case

A simple one floor hostel with a large and open common room area with kitchen. Rooms are clean, beds sturdy and outside noise didn't bother me. Facilities for cooking are good. Reception is open only from 10 AM to 10 PM so that might be problematic for someone.

Very basic, good location near the public transportation and center. Good for short staying.

The guesthouse is clean with big kitchen.The bed is comfortable. The location is good with 24h opened supermarket nearby, directly bus 615 to airport runs for 24h also. Walking to the city center is about 25mins which is ok for me. Taking Metro is about 5 mins. The Metro is 200m away. There are some cool shops,restaurants nearby. There are also 2 good vegetarian restaurants nearby.

Cheap, fine shared (i.e. noisy) rooms but in a part of town with tons of graffiti, bars on windows and bleak ugly giant buildings. Spend the extra money and stay closer to the heart of Helsinki.

Nice staff, good location, close to metro station. Supermarket nearby and easy commute to the city. Comfortable room and very clean. Very happy and will stay there again!

The place is very clean and the service is very efficient. However the bed is getting squeky and the pillow is too soft. It flatten after a while.

It was fine for the price, but the room was much too hot, there were only 2 toilets and showers for the whole hostel and the atmosphere was disappointing. It was very close to the bus, tram and metro though.

Everything about this place is budget...cheap small pillow fit for a child (can get extra if available)...cheap duvet (but reasonable sized)...cheap mattress on cheap beds. Doors and walls very thin. Can hear people poo in the loo. 2 wc and 2 showers between a lot of people in an busy time to leave the place is so not enough. Room is compact and not spacious at all if it is full...always walking on each others toes.
