Friendly and helpful staff, great location in easy walking distance to the tower and cathedral. Rooms are nice and clean with good balcony. Would definitely stay here again while in Pisa.

Be SURE you make CLEAR plans for arrival as the facility is not staffed 24x7. My room was spacious and BONUS -- it had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was generous and yummy and there was a terrace option to enjoy the start to your dining day. 4-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. A few more minutes to the Pisa Rossore station. 15-minute walk from main (central) train station.

Very close to restaurants, shops and Tower. The Owner (Luca) went 'above and beyond' to help with parking. He took his scooter and rode around a small area, until we found a parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay. The owner, Luca was so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the hotel also had a great balcony that overlooked the city. Hotel also very close to the Leaning tower of Pisa. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Luca was amazingly attentive and provided stellar hospitality! The room was great in particularly because we had to make a last minute booking due to airline situation.

A warm welcome greeted us from the host who honestly couldn't do enough for us during our two night stay. Courteous, friendly and extremely welcoming. A fountain of knowledge about the area, best places to go, directions etc. The room was very spacious and more than big enough for a family of 3. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a wonderful shower. Towels, shower gel etc all complimentary. The room was impeccably clean with daily housekeeping. The private terrace was beautiful with fantastic views of the Leaning Tower of Pisa to your left. A lovely place to sit once home of an evening. Absolutely beautiful. The building itself is situated perfectly with restaurants, shops & supermarkets all within a few minutes walk; and some practically on your door step. A beautiful place to walk around and take in the beauty that Pisa has to offer. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Pisa! The staff and service are excellent. They are very kind and polite and really want you to have the best experience. We had a fantastic terrasse overwieving the leaning tower, like a dream! The beds were good, the room was clean and we got everything that we asked for. The breakfast and the bigger terrasse was also the most beautiful place. (The only thing that we wished for was the small refrigerator in the room to be colder so we could have a really cold drink, but that’s nothing).Our stay was really amazing!

From arriving at the property we were welcomed by a very knowledgeable receptionist who gave us tips on where to eat and we did - I Santi a few steps away was amazing. The hotel room was very spacious and exceptionally clean and we were even lucky to have a room with a balcony which from it we could easily see the Leaning Tower. The bed was very comfortable too. A continental breakfast awaited us on the 3rd floor with a large variety of choices. All in all a fantastic hotel room that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a short trip to Pisa or a stay over close to the airport like our trip was. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at 7 Rooms! I travelled with my mother and sister so we had a room suitable for 3 adults with the most gorgeous view of a square and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Breakfast was great, rooms very comfortable but what made the difference was Luca. Nothing was a problem and he welcomed us into the hotel and everything was great! He was so accommodating and helpful for us!

An amazing place, with the most wonderful hosts. The room blew me away. Large, comfortable looking, stylish and with lovely rooms. It was quiet and of a high cleaniness level. The bathroom especially was clean. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely and with a great view of the tower. Some really nice local resturants, and in an excellent position.

Excellent from start to finish! Luca had excellent communication throughout and was brilliant, friendly and so helpful. He sorted us out with a taxi back to the airport which was much appreciated. Late check in and ability to store our luggage while we explored the next day was great. Room was very spacious and clean. Super selection at breakfast on a fab roof terrace with a view of the tower. Location 5 mins walk from the leaning tower. Air con a bonus too. Precautions for Covid all in place and we felt very safe. Thank you for such a great stay!

This hotel didn't have a staff to let us in. We waited for two hours contacting the hotel and ringing the bell and no one ever came. After being in the heat for hours we walked to a nearby hotel and booked a room. After contacting hotels.com itntook hiurs to get in contact with the hotel and they refused to offer a refund when they never showed up to let us in and we sent an email to them notifying them of our arrival. Save yourself the headache and never book with them.

Great catch through out! As soon as I booked, Luca and Sonia got in touch with me by email and/or whatsapp to facilitate the process of check-in. Room is spacious, very clean, has all you need and location is great! Coming back if in Pisa for sure.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the Piazza del Duomo, Piazza del Cavalieri and we could have our breakfast overlooking the Botanical Gardens. Most of the sites and places of interest are only a reasonable walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful with plenty of advice on places cafes and restaurants.

Perfect location and excellent check in, with great advice. View from balcony was amazing! Just wish we had booked two nights!
