Great stay, breakfast was tasty. My daughter would have loved to see a waffle or pancake machine, but that aside lots of variety to choose from. Rooms were comfortable, and pool was great! The front desk team was kind and accommodating

We had an awesome stay! The pool, waterslide and hot tub were so fun. The only thing we were disappointed with is the breakfast was over at 9am today which I thought was way too early. Our room also had a used tissue on the floor and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. Not a huge deal, but something we noticed. We would for sure stay here again!!

We were denied stay at the hotel because they couldn't find our booking. We received an email from expedia confirming our stay and the hotel did not honour that. You owe us close to $500 and we plan to file a complaint.

Where do I begin. Checking in, they gave my reservation to ANOTHER person.. Who happen to be checking in at the same time as me, who happen to have the same name. Pool was freezing cold, the hot tub wasn't working, there were no pool towels in the pool area. Waitined two minutes after calling out at the front desk, before someone came out. Check out was poor, still not sure if I'm checked out or not. Room was clean, spacious and bright.

There was a group of friends staying the weekend for a golf tournament. Hotel conveniently located across from golf course. Enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Would stay here again.

Over all we enjoyed our visit. The only slightly negative point was the shower head. In an effort to conserve water hotels install water saving shower heads which only have people take longer showers.

Friendly staff, great pool for our kids age 3-6 with a hot tub and slide. Loved the bunk beds in a small adjoining room. There's a skatepark and playground behind the hotel too. We will definitely remember this hotel!

I was very disappointed the you supplied coffee and coffee maker for those who like coffee but only supplied tea pods to be made in the coffee maker for those of us who prefer tea. not acceptable. tea made in a coffee maker tastes like coffee. I think you can do better. Also the breakfast was not good. Especially the breakfast sandwiches.

Very clean property. Location is perfect next to a park, playground & skateboard park. Pool & waterslide was good for the kids. Breakfast provided in the morning was excellent. We did have a minor hiccup at checkin & unfortunately the pool was shut down part way through our stay.

This was a wonderful experience for my family. We arrived and felt welcomed right from the start. The room was very clean and accommodated my large family. The breakfast was excellent and again we were greeted by friendly and welcoming ladies. The pool and slide entertained my children for hours! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be going again.
