Our stay at Canareef was amazing and was better than I expected. The staff was always friendly and helpful
The beach was clean and the water was so clear. Our villa was roomy and comfortable, the outdoor shower and jacuzzi were perfect! I would recommend anyone to stay at this resort.

Great accommodation and super nice staff. Beautiful resort. My only comment would be to state upfront the Green Tax and transfer charges which were a $1K surprise on checkout

Rooms were very clean and facilities very nice in good condition. Customer service missing sometimes in the bars, pools or restaurants. For example, we asked them to restock pool towels 5 times in one day and it still never happened. Overall highly recommended!

Overall, my partner and I arrived and left Canareef feeling a bit disappointed and underwhelmed. We paid for luxury but in reality what we paid for was mediocrity. We did enjoy our stay but wouldn’t return and probably wouldn’t recommend it for the price and what you get, we felt sure there are places that offer better value for money. There were definite positives, such as the friendliness and politeness of staff, beautiful weather, lovely lagoon, great pool and fabulous excursions.
