A wonderful vacation in a wonderful place. The apartments are very nice, clean, high-quality household appliances, there is everything for a comfortable stay and a good rest. The location is excellent - the beach is almost near the house. And the view from the balcony is just amazing. We had the opportunity to use all the necessary equipment for a beach holiday - beach chairs, umbrellas and sups. We are very grateful to the hostess Pera and her husband for a wonderful welcome. We will definitely come back here again. We really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend Apartment Pera to everyone!

Pera was so kind and helpful! We were able to use all the equipment necessary for resting on a beach, even sups😃 The accommodation went perfect and we enjoyed staying there a lot. Highly recommending Pera Apartment to everyone!

Amazing holidays to Pera Apartments!

Pera & Damir are amazing hosts. They will take care of you like a family. Apartment was clean and perfect for our staying. Bottle of wine and Juice as welcome drink as well as water dispenser. You can practice biking, kayaking and much more using items from their garage. Free sun bad and umbrella for the beach. We had such amazing time with them that we high recommend Pera!! Fantastic was also the boat trip to Laguna Blue!! I hope to come back here soon!!

The best vacation

Thank you for an amazing vacation. Room and its equipment was perfect with everything we needed. Also, a welcome bottle of wine and juice was fine. I appreciate the free water dispenser. BEST OF THE BEST!!!

Thank you so much, Pera and Damir for making our holiday very pleasant and unforgettable. They are really helpful and attentive from the beginning until the end. Damir went all the way out and took us on a speedboat trip, which was super fun and definitely an experience that we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. One day they even grilled freshly caught fish for me and my husband. The apartment has everything you need to the smallest details. Everything is very clean and smells really good. We love the fact that right in front of the property there’s a perfect beach with calm clear water, and the beach also has trees that we used for shade. Everyday after breakfast we put our swimsuit on, grab our beach chairs (which are provided for us to use free of charge, as well as paddle boards and other water activities stuff that one might need) and lay on the beach all day. Also one thing that we love about the property, is the fact that they provide each room with water dispenser and they are always ready to be replenished (free of charge!!!) as soon as the water runs out. We can’t thank them enough for making this holiday so wonderful, and we highly highly recommend Apartments Pera. We will for sure one day go back to Croatia and will stay again at Apartments Pera. Thank you so much Pera and Damir for the wonderful gifts you gave us.

The apartment is amazing, everything was taken into account to the smallest detail. Balcony with stunning views. A bottle of wine, kindly provided by the owner, was waiting for us in the apartment and was a great welcome.That was the best apartment we stayed in during our vacation. Everything perfect. 10/10. RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY!

Everything was PERFECT! I have more than 150 reservations only on Booking, but I am extremely exigent and I gave 10/10 only to 5 structures (Apartments Pera is the 6th one). What I liked? 1. The location next to to the wonderful beach. Perfect view from balcony 2. Staff (proprietary - Pera) very nice and helpful. We did some interesting conversations together 3. Very good quality/price. 4. A/C 5. Fridge with free bottle of wine, water and juice! 6. Everything v. clean 7. Free, private parking 8. Good wi fi 9. Free sunbeds! Thank you again Pera and I hope to be back very soon.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had only 3 days to stay there :( but of course it doesn't depend on the proprietary 😜😊

The stay was just perfect. We were looking for a place in smaller town with close access to the beach and Pera’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacations. The location is excellent, especially for families. The beach (the nicest part of Marina’s beach in my opinion) is just across the street (the street is busy though, you have to be careful when crossing it) and the view from our balcony was amazing, straight on the bay. The apartment is clean and comfortable, got all you could need. The entire house and its surrounding is well maintained, with a good taste too. A nice addition is that you have free access to Pera’s garage with swimming equipment. Pera is great too, eager to help and making sure you are having a good time when staying at her house.

If you find yourself fortunate enough to stumble across Pera Apartments when they have vacancies, you'd be a fool not to jump at the opportunity to book into this gem. I don't normally write reviews of the places we stay, but then again, most of the places we stay don't live up to the same standard set by Pera and her lovely family. The rooms are modern, spacious and located RIGHT NEXT to the best part of a local beach that tailors to all interests (couples, families, friends, etc.). There are places to park on the property and it is easy to get to nearby tourist destinations as well as to local hot spots. WiFi worked flawlessly, the freezer is ice cold, all the kitchen utensils that you could ever need, good water pressure and a temperature that remains constant. The rooms have drinking water and smart televisions and a healthy stock of towels and beach towels upon request. There are good restaurant options within walking distance and the views are outstanding. There is a garage full of sun chairs, paddle boards, kayaks and other water toys that you can borrow whenever you like. We are firm believers that people make places special. Pera is the kind of person that you'd love to have as a friend or as a neighbor, a truly caring and generous person who sees to it that everyone is comfortable and has everything they need at all times. She gave us the most delicious tomatoes from her garden, dried hams, olive oil and honey that her family makes themselves. We even arrived several hours early, but could check in immediately and did not encounter a single instance in which we felt we were missing something or unwelcome. Not everyone understands hospitality and generosity, but Pera and her family are not your run of the mill people. I would happily recommend Pera Apartments to absolutely everyone. Pera, a massive thanks to you for a wonderful trip... We will definitely look you up if we are in Croatia, again!

Very nice apartment with perfect view from balcony, localized just next to the beach in silent place. Available free kayaks, paddle boards etc. The owner - actually, we never met kinder and better owner then Mrs. Pera - open for help and support in any issue. I can really strongly recommend this place !
