We stayed at this property for 3 nights and we loved it. Check in and checkout was super easy and convenient. The room was super comfortable and spacious. The bedding was also very comfortable. My favorite part was the views. Don't forget to get your s'mores kit, this was so much fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was beautiful and they upgraded us from a room to a cabin when we got there and wanted to stay in a river front cabin without extra charge! It was clean and beautiful and exactly what we needed

We loved staying here! Staff was great! One of our children has disabilites, and the staff was very responsive to help with some accomodations. Highly recommend and would stay here in the future!

Solid place to visit, friendly staff, clean, deluxe cabin had some issues with WiFi at times, but they seem to address this, very responsive staff, highly recommend

We are already planning our next stay here! Everything about our stay was lovely. Check in was easy, dinner down the street at their restaurant was delicious, the property was beautiful, our cabin was story-book charming and we didn’t want to leave! I can’t wait to see it in the summertime!

Location was close to everything needed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Checking in and out was sooooo easy. Plus they provided us with smores kit for fun at the fire pit. We loved our 1 night stay here. Definitely planning to return.

The room was very clean, we stayed in the hotel building, there is a path by the river that takes you to the restaurant and the RV park. We used the restaurant for both dinner and the breakfast buffet. Both were very good, the staff was super friendly.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, really made you welcome. We arrived early, but they were able to put is in a room right away - terrific service! Their little store is really handy, too. Room was clean and comfortable.

Serice is great and touches like smores and outdoor fireplace along a hot tub were very nice. Towels, washcloths and sheets seem high quality. Coffee in room could have been better. Do not let the fact you check in at the gas station put you off the rooms are first class.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. The room was as expected. The NOISE, however, was a huge issue. Our room had a connecting door to another room and we could hear their conversations word for word as well as what they were watching on tv. At times road noise and the car wash were also audible. The noise from other rooms could be addressed. Not sure about the road/car wash, but since that died down by 10 pm that was not our biggest issue.

We stayed in the hotel section, in a room with a king size bed. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel had a charming outside area with two hot tubs, a fire pit and seating area, and access to a gas grill. The general store attached to the hotel was well stocked (including S'mores kits - great for around the fire pit). If we make it to Ouray again, we hope to stay in the cabins.

We stayed in a hotel room and it was clean with very comfortable beds. We had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food was excellent. We used the on-site laundromat and it was very clean. We rented a Jeep for the day. Our Jeep’s navigation wasn’t working so Skyler helped me download an app with our route on it. We would have been lost without his help. All the staff was very helpful and we had a great stay.

Our room was smaller than I expected but it appeared to be recently renovated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the outside stairs that we had to climb to get to our room. My husband and I are both mid 70’s and my husband has a heart condition so somewhat of a struggle hauling our bags. If we had known that, we might have chosen something different. Ouray is beautiful though and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet location away from town, along the river. Being a motel with doors on the outside of the building, their locking system could use an upgrade. Even hotels with interior doors have a deadbolt and a stop which helps customers feel more safe and secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending several hiking trails.

We booked for 2 nights however my wife became ill on the morning of our second day which caused us to have to head home to get to her Doctor. We told the attendant at the front desk early am that we needed to check out asap and if they would have the flexibility to provide a credit for the unused night and were told no and not in a very nice manner. This was very disappointing and added to our disappointment of not being able to stay for the full time as planned. Unless something can be done I will not stay there again

We will definitely stay here again. 8 minute walk to hot springs along the river, quick check-in process, the hotel market has coffee, beer, snacks all reasonably priced. The room was immaculate, the grounds are well kept. We stayed in the hotel part of the resort which is about 500 yards from the RV area - 2 separate entrances, it can be a little tricky if you're not paying attention, which I wasn't because the scenery is so distracting! The hotel rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, once I booked I got a welcome text message with a code for the bathroom...this is only applicable if you are staying in the RV area, don't be alarmed, they are not shared bathrooms in the hotel! Great wifi if needed. We drove to Main St rather than walking, there's a short stretch that puts you along the highway.

When we checked in, we were given lots of helpful information. She suggested some wonderful things to do in the area that we hadn’t thought of. The hotel in in a great location, close to everything. The room was very clean and the mattresses are new and terrific. I plan to return for another visit in the fall.

We loved our stay at Ouray Riverside Resort! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the scenery around the resort can’t be beat! The location is great too, close to restaurants and shopping but just far enough outside of the hustle and bustle that it’s quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!
