You get what you pay for… which was no hot water in the shower, very uncomfortable bed, and a dirty floor.

The room was run down and a bit dirty but no bead bugs and cheap for this time of year in the mountains. The room we had also had a street light outside that was a bit intrusive into the room when shades open and was not totally blocked out when closed. Rm 34

Just needed an overnight place that allowed pets on our way elsewhere. So wasn't expecting anything too fancy. Will start with the positives - nice sized TV, pets allowed, walkable to a park, and nice to have a family room with 3 beds. Very cute exterior, could park close to the unit. However, the beds in the main room are way overdue to be replaced - the springs are so worn out you sink about a foot when sitting on them, the springs made horrible noises whenever you moved (I literally woke up my son in the other room when I rolled over one time), and the beds were just overall awful to sleep on (even for my 11 year old lightweight kiddo). Very disturbing stains on one of the box springs, dust bunnies on the baseboard heating unit, dead fly in the bedding. Trash cans in the parking lot were overflowing. Just did not feel clean. And for a room that has 3 double beds, not sure why we were only given 3 very small towels.

I liked that there was a Grocery store next door and restaurants within walkinhg distance. What Ii didnt like was that the room looked nothing like the pictures shown on the Expedia web site

We asked for a refund. One of our rooms was dirty and had crumbs on the bed. The other room was not ready and we ended up leaving to another hotel. The office person was rude and made it easy to leave.

Very tired hotel. Although clean, it seemed old and seedy. Bed and pillows were adequate, but I didn't want to touch anything else in the room. It seemed like a NoTell Motel or a place for transients.

Room had an odour Luke old BO. No mattress pad. No in room coffee service set up. No conditioner for hair. Old stinky carpet. Walls everywhere worn and not clean and fresh—needs paint and water damage in bathroom repaired. Overall—a necessary rest over due to weather but would never recommend especially for the $111 price tag per night.

The air conditioning was very weak and the room was stuffy. The widow would open however, the traffic noise on that side was unbearable with it open. The staff were courteous.

Safety & Security-The door to the room is a single knob with no key to lock the deadbolt when you leave. There is no security lock inside the room to secure the door from the inside. The door is a flimsy, hollow-core door. Lock your personal and valuable items in the trunk of your car. This is a one-star hotel that needs to be remodeled. Inoperable vehicles on property and connecting, vacant businesses below room 32 & 33 has a DO NOT ENTER-UNSAFE TO OCCUPY notice dated Jan 10, 2023 by inspector. Staff friendly and helpful.

The price was good for a overnight stay. Pet friendly so that’s a plus. Staff was pleasant, asked for a few items and they didn’t hesitate to give me what i needed. Location has lots of food options.

While technically clean, the grout around the tub was cracked and moldy. Vehicles in the lot included two that were held together with duck tape leaving me to question who was staying in some of the rooms.

I had to cross a deck to get to my second-floor room. That deck is a lawsuit waiting to happen, with uneven boards, protruding screws and nails, board that rock when you walk on them, etc. The sooner that is repaired, the better. Otherwise, the room was clean, pleasant, I slept well.

No internet, which it was supposed to have and whIch I needed for travel. I was given 2 different options neither of which worked. Room was clean and OK. and the plumbing worked. Parking was difficult.so I parked out on the street mostly.

Room 35 was dirty, not sanitary, falling apart and quite frankly disgusting. The floors were lifting, the walls had substances smeared on them, the toilet was loose and giving a sewer odor. Most of the caulking in the bathtub was missing and what was there was black and possibly covered in mold. The sink was cracked as well as the tile. The sink was missing a drain. There were dead bugs on the window ledges. The windows were dirty beyond belief and the curtains fell off repeatedly. Part of the building on the opposite side of rooom 35 was actually condemned! The ceiling was caving in toward the middle of the room. The closet consisted of two plastic drawer containers the made it impossible to hang any clothing. The tv was blocking the mirror. The bathroom paint was incomplete and peeling. 8:07 PM The list goes on and on. It was the most horrendous room I have seen to date and I travel for a living.

This property was disgusting. Dirty, run down, area felt unsafe. Staff was not friendly. Charged us even though we did not stay due to the unsafe environment. Smoking was allowed in all rooms.

H & H Motor Lodge advertises free Wi-Fi. NOPE. I was given the log in from a near by business that did not exist. NO INTERNET. No Coffee available in room, when I asked about that the desk person brought to my room a half can of Folgers, some filters, and a very used full size coffee maker vintage of the 1990’s to my room in a cardboard box. The facility is very dated, but clean as could be. Certainly not worth the nearly $300.00 spent. Very disappointing.

This place was fine. The only issue is I found out that Expedia charged me almost 3 times as much as this hotel charges... What? Not gonna use this service again if this continues. Expedia, just another greedy thief of a company.
