First there was no power for more than 10 min. After that there was no water from midnight to 9 am in the morning.

Nice place, front desk help was very nice. The only complaint I have...on the night of my stay at around 9pm, there was a loud knock on the door, traveling alone so I was afraid to answer the door. Asked who was there, no one answered, had already gotten ready for bed, so I put a jacket on and looked out peep hole, saw no one there but could hear people talking so against my better judgement I opened the door. It was three people, said they were checking rooms.

When you advertise having a clean pool, have a clean pool, this one looks like a lagoon from a marsh land, very disappointed.

The tubs and showers had no handle bars and slipery. There was no rooms for the handicapped. I was stollen from when house keeping came ind cleaned.

Very nice new hotel. Bar was closed. Breakfast was good. Certain families hogged the waffle maker. So didn’t have any… staff was neutral. Not very sociable.

Well kept, updated looking, hotel. Very nice lobby, breakfast area, business center. Large room with nice bedding and large Tv. The bathroom was smaller than some, but totally functional. Our room had a shower only with sliding glass doors, which I prefer to a tub combo. The shower door glass was not as clean as I would have liked, however I know the water is very hard and mineral deposits are a bear to get off. Super nice staff, all very accommodating and acted like they liked their jobs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Desk clerk was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Very efficient. Breakfast was less than advertised but that's pretty common now days and is always blamed on covid.

Got there at 5 pm. Check in is at 3 pm. Checked in at 5 and the clerk tells us that he can't make the keys. Having computer issues. After driving for 8 hours, this is not what i wanted to hear but it is what it is. 20 min. later, the clerk gives us the keys. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

We were the last reservation to check in and got the sewer smelling suite (222). The suite was clean but the smell was very unpleasant. Also the pool water was greenish.
