We had the room looking right towards the ocean which was beautiful. Room was clean and simply appointed. Pillows are a bit flat so we asked for an extra. Comfortable bed. They have a cute bar and seating area both inside and out — but no bar service. Would be great to have a small happy hour to enjoy the eclectic and pretty setting. When we asked for ice they weren’t too happy but got some from their personal freezer. They have no supplies for the beach like chairs, towels or umbrellas which is helpful for travelers. I asked for an extra bath towel and was told no. One person let us throw some trash in the hotel can but another told us to use the neighboring apartment cans. We could’ve left everything in the room but felt we should clean up ourselves. The hosts were friendly enough as long as you kept within their quirks. Some parking in their small lot which we were fortunate to get a spot most times.

Room was small, but clean. Centrally located and helpful staff. If we stayed again, we would book a room on the second floor as our first floor accommodation only had a view of the parking lot.

If you're looking for a charming place that captures the authentic character of Nice, this is an ideal place to stay.
My family and I had a wonderful time here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the beach, with beautiful surroundings. It's also about a 15-minute walk from the tram, which makes it easy to explore Nice and get around the city.
Air conditioning, clean room and friendly staff.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again the next time we're in Nice!
