Amazing room and super food!

I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! This level of attention to detail continued throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble. The food served on the premises was cooked to a high standard and I enjoyed all selections that I ate. I also provided constructive feedback when I felt one particular dish would have been better served on a plate instead of a wooden platter. A minor detail when considered amongst the warmth extended to residents and non residents alike. I am sure that I will return to The Salwey Arms next year, if still under the same management Team. Thank you for everything.

Very nice, clean place. Staff was very friendly and the food was excellent!!

The room was small but nicely decorated. Only gripe was TV was a bit temperamental which might have been me. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Location is by a main road but very convenient for Ludlow and local area. Plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful.
