We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street).
We stayed in a 2 bed / 2 bath with a kitchen, living room, dining table, and the city view. Aside from creaky floors, it's a fantastic unit! Plenty of space for the 4 of us.
The staff members we encountered were absolutely wonderful. The free breakfast was also great! Sausage, Eggs, Bagels, etc....not to mention awesome coffee at the ready 24/7!
The other thing I thing I appreciated was that even though we had to prepay for parking ($38/night), we were able to come and go using our hotel key card, so we were not charged extra every time we left and came back.
The only downside this year was that the bar on the 2nd floor, Lew's on Two, was closed the entire time we were there, but the rooftop bar was open, which was great.
I highly recommend this place!

The property is within walking distance of many events, food, and walking paths. Very modern inside... a great experience!

We loved this hotel. We only had one night in Grand Rapids before heading home and this was the perfect place. Spotless, big rooms, walking distance to everything, and parking available if needed. Couldn’t ask for more.
