The staff was great. The bath needs some love. For an executive room, the shower and taps needs changing.

I had a good time at santos hotel, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. But the bathroom needs refurbishing as the water was leaking from the bath causing flood to the room. The hotel needs a lift , as it was stressfully going to the 2nd floor with travel boxes.Tea bags should be in the tray in the room , it’s not everyone that takes coffee.
