Loved the vintage vibe with art in the room and an original NES to play on the huge TV. Everything was very comfortable and there is great value here, with a free craft beer upon check-in to boot!

Staying here was a very nice experience. A great bar with good selections and especially loved the morning oatmeal bar. The fire pits were a good place to lounge. This is a great boutique hotel that I'm glad I discovered in Pullman. It'll be my go to place there from now on.

Great staff. Very friendly. Nostalgic feel with modern touches where needed. Very well maintained. Big 65inch tv and nice new king size comfy bed. Oatmeal bar with all kinds toppings for breakfast. A little bar in the lobby with a free drink coupon when check in. Right in the heart of downtown Pullman. Great job! Definitely stay here when my travels bring me to Pullman!

Our stay was great. Staff was friendly and kind. The room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the oatmeal bar. There is outdoor sitting areas with gas firepits. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffe shops. I normally stay in chain hotels. Never again in Pullman. Cant wait to go back.

Fun hotel and close to my daughter at WSU. Just stayed for a quick 1 night stay so didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. Can’t wait to come back to stay in warm weather and enjoy the outdoor fireplaces.

Everything was great except the floor, which wasn't entirely clean. There were staples and an earring that I stepped on. Probably didn't get picked up by the vacuum. This was my second visit to the hotel. I'll likely be back in the future.

Quick stay - but fun decor, great bed, easy Ruku instructions by the bed. Didn’t have time to partake in the complimentary drinks at checkin (had to run to dinner since we arrived sorta late), and had to head out early to meet friends for breakfast elsewhere - but oatmeal breakfast bar had tons of options!

Great place to stay! Close to shops and restaurants! Staff was fun and friendly! Happy hour at the hotel is great for a glass of wine or beer! Got to color/make an ornament for their hotel lobby tree while enjoying my adult beverage! Room was fun, clean with great modern touches! Highly recommend and would stay again!

It was a good stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good aside from its back alley window view to a hideous neighboring house and grounds, and no way to allow in daylight without looking at the visual pollution. Very comfy, high quality mattress and pillows. Interesting oatmeal bar, with plenty of topping choices, as well as fresh fruit, juice boxes, and Pop Tarts, but I still would have preferred hot eggs and bacon as an option.

Lobby is closed after 10 p.m. and they won't tell you where your room is unless they hear you wondering where the hell you're supposed to go. And they also don't clear their parking lot or anything when it snows, so if you fall and bust a hip or something, well, tough luck. Customers are only walking ATMs in their opinion as they charge for just about everything except their flat oatmeal at breakfast. I will not stay here again when/if I have to travel to Pullman again.

Cute boutique-type hotel with a great vibe. Lots of art, funky little bar off the lobby. The free drink was a nice touch, as was the free breakfast. Pretty good selection of food, beer and wine for such a small hotel. Our only major complaint was the TV. Perhaps my wife and I are the stupidest old people on earth, but we spent 20 minutes or more trying to find any of a host of live college and pro sports events on TV that afternoon, and we couldn't find any of the channels. I'm sure it's a money-saver to (as near as we can tell) have nothing but streaming service, but if that's so good for your guests, how come virtually no other hotels do the same? Just asking.

We had a great stay during a quiet time (non football weekend). We loved the complimentary welcome drink and talking with the staff as well as Nintendo games in the room and coffee and breakfast. We were able to walk to a brewery and several bars and restaurants. We would stay here again!

The desk person who took care of us on arrival was _very helpful. The one for check out-not so much. It is a reallyniceplace. Two separate areas with outdoor gas fireplaces. If it had been warmer it would be fun to hang out with family or fellow travelers. "Breakfast " included was a stretch. An oatmeal bar and pop tarts was not my idea of breakfast.

Room was fine but when I took a shower the shower pan filled with water almost immediately. Was unable to take a shower in the morning. I noticed a ring around the shower pan as if this wasn’t the first time this had happened. I let the staff know as I left. Hopefully this issue gets resolved. I have stay at the hotel before and had no issues so I did not create a larger issue.

Great deck for hanging out, bar, food, live music close to campus and clean. Good value if staying for a quick visit. Convenient to coffee shop up the road and has universal e-vehicle chargers(2) for guests that can charge vehicle overnight.
