Check in was a lil chaotic because we got there and it seems like they weren’t expecting us because we weren’t in their system. When they finally found us they didn’t get the updated reservation. I just wish they communicated with us what was happening instead of having us seat and wonder what was going on after a long travel with a 1yr old. When we were checking out they printed us the bill and it had the hotel charge again even though everything was already paid for. Just lots of technical problems. We did book this through hotels.com so that might have been the problem. Very cute Afro decorated hotel with local art as decor. There are mosquitos were any & everywhere in the hotel. The room AC is not cold enough even though it was on 16 so we couldn’t keep the mosquitoes out because it wasn’t cold enough. The restaurant is overpriced for what you get. Overall I just feel like they could do better. Though their WiFi has to be one of the better WiFi I’ve ever used in Africa. The airport shuttle is also a plus.

The hotel is clean but our Air did not work for three days. The staff was no accommodating in moving us of fixing the problem. $180. a night for a room that does not have air is unacceptable. My wife and I both were sick due to the poor air conditions. Once we left the room, all symptoms left. We will most likely not return to Onomo.

Hidden gem on the shore of Keta, with a beautiful view of the beach, top level hospitality of the staffs and great food. The place is even accessible with public transport, as the lodge provides dropoff at nearby tro tro station just 3 minutes by drive. Don't forget to book for the full body massage which is provided at an affordable price compared to its quality.

The surrounding of the hotel room I stayed in was being remodeled. Construction workers were making a lot of noise early in the morning. Couldn't sleep well!

The bathroom might be an issue due to its closeness to the bed. The hotel was doing some room renovation. Instead of blocking a section of the hotel for renovations, they had guess stay next to rooms they where renovating. The smell was uncomfortable

Everything very nice. Will stay there again. Only down side is the way they serve breakfast. It’s buffet style but workers make your plate for you. It’s awkward, crowded and annoying.

Onomo Hotel is one of the best hotels in Lome. I enjoy staying here everytime I visit Togo; I strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers coming to Lome. The food served in the hotel restaurant is a bit pricey but they offer good quality and clean food. The staff is very friendly and hospitable to their guests. Thank you, Onomo.

I am in a Lomé many times a year, I I’ve stayed at many hotels here before trying Onomo. It is the best hotel for the money here, close to restaurants and easy transportation. Very clean, great staff.

The Onomo is is a nice location across from the beach in Lomé. Complimentary airport shuttle is very nice (which was equiped with wifi). Rooms were pretty standard but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I hate that there’s no door in the bathroom and the sink is in the room the bathroom is open area to the bedroom that makes no sense Cos the water gets all over the floor when you taking a shower

Great pool. Warm water. Swam all night.Just couldn’t stay out of the water. Breakfast was great too.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Strange that charge an extra 2000 to have an omelette on top of a 7000 breakfast charge. Also, they serve instant coffee and the cappuccino machine was apparently out of service throughout my stay. And be warned, there are no kettles in the room either so totally dependent on the kitchen for all hot drinks. Other than that, everything was fine.
