ALL WAS GREAT AND A 10 THE ONLY ISDUE I ENCOUNTERED WAS A SLOW ROOM CLEANING. I HAD YO ASK FOR SERVICE ON TWO OCCASIONS PASS 1:00 PM. OTHERWISE, EVERYTHING WENT WELL.

The property was clean and breakfast was good. What I didn’t like was the TV randomly turning on all hours of the day and night for my 8 days that I stayed.
Apparently this was a known issue with the system and they were not able to correct it yet… ?????
In the middle of the night the TV would often turn on, lighting up the room and if the volume was turned up, would play music. Sometimes this would happen 3 times in the course of the night. Unacceptable!
I never use the TV during the 8 days but became very experienced at turning it off.
I asked that the power be disconnected from the TV, but that never happened.
How can you have a system that turns on randomly and not get the vendor that provided it to correct the problem?
Management needs to do their job and get the engineering staff to fix the problem.
If not for this annoying issue, I would have given the hotel top grades. They really need to get this corrected. Guests should not be awaken in the middle of the night by a tv turning on by itself due to bad software or faulty hardware.
