The staff were good. The room was beautiful. The hall carpets are old and stained so bad. Lots of convenience stores near by. Beautiful beach but too rough to swim in.

Everything was great about this hotel, from the friendly staff to the clean, modern and spacious room. The breakfast buffet and room service food was also very good. Will definitely return when back in DaNang.

Ok Hotel, doesn’t feel like 5 stars at all though. Very thin walls and doors you actually hear the people in the other rooms talk, even if it’s with a very low voice. Great location just next to the beach. The breakfast is meh.

Stayed two nights with little kids. Room was a bit outdated and bathroom shower booth was too small. But the room was clean and the beach view was amazing. Really close to the beach. A bit far from restaurant areas - so we had to take a Grab (Uber-like). We enjoyed their pool a lot too. Pool was not the cleanest to be honest but was pretty big and not too deep. Also their breakfast buffet was best (compared to other hotels we stayed later). Strongly recommend!!

Great place to stay. Lovely breakfast buffet. Used roomservice once and it was great. Pool was really nice, beach right across the street. 20 min walk to the Dragon Bridge and market.

The accomodation itself was good, but the check-in was disappointing: the staff barely understood English; only after insisting we could get a second key, and we had to hand over our passports during the whole stay at the hotel. The bell boy was showing off with our luggage and wanted a bigger fee.
However the staff at the restaurant where we had dinner was very friendly and spoke good English.
When we had to check out my husband got his brother-in-law's passport. Luckily we had to leave the hotel at the same time. Furthermore they did not appreciate that we arranged our own transport.

There really isn’t anything to dislike in this hotel! All the staff, without exception, are attentive, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and bright with beautiful water views, great showers wtc. A marvellous selection of food for breakfast and nicely presented - temptations abound to sample more than is probably good for you! However, a swim in the huge swimming pool (incl. bar!) will solve all calorie problems. - Grand Tourane is a grand hotel to unreservedly recommend!

Hotel is fabulous. Large rooms. Excellent location. Fabulous swimming pool. Breakfasts couldn’t be better. Kept staying longer than planned. Joy at the tourist info desk was extremely helpful.

Directly opposite the main beach, and with it's own large pool, this is a great hotel for a short break. We were given an upgraded room which was nice to look over the ocean, unfortunately there is loudspeakers on the beach path playing music all night. If you are a light sleeper I recommend getting a room facing the city. The room it's self was lovely. Good mattress, pillows and sheets. Nice bathroom, good tv channels and internet. Staff were very helpful, and even provided an umbrella to borrow. We went on a couple of excursions the hotel staff helped organise. It was not my first visit, and it will not be my last. The room had a great view of the beach and sunrise.
The staff are super helpful.
Breakfast was great and slightly different each day.
One thing that was not great was wifi. A few times it didnt work but apart from that wverything was great.

The staff were very attentive, especially the bar staff downstairs and the pool staff. The hotel manager was lovely too. The sea view was the best view we have had from a hotel room - highly recommend paying for the upgrade.
Only part that could of been better was to have the sky bar open for drinks at nighttime but I understand this was due to covid measures.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at the Grand Tourane. The room was a good size even with 3 of us in it. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and accommodating. The pool was beautiful, not many hotels in Da Nang offer ground floor pools so this was a nice feature! The pool had a nice pool bar however it took a long time to get drinks! The breakfast had a wide variety of food, the hash browns were especially good. The majority of the staff were friendly however some were unwilling to help.The location was great, there were many cute restaurants, spas and bars in a walkable distance. All in all a good stay and would recommend the hotel, at the price we paid it was exceptional!

Standard hotel have good view to the sea side. Value for money. No surprise . But the restaurant food is not so good, not many choice. If you get there after 9am, may be not food you can get, because many people already finish up. Room can hear the outside music and traffic noise.

Great position. Within walking distance both ways to plenty of places to eat. Fantastic beach views (we were on 16th floor). Comfy bed. Beautiful room. Great breakfast. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Pool very nice and quite large! Lifts worked very well and efficiently. I would highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we were met for breakfast with the never ending smile of the girls that opened the door to greet us in the restaurant to the late coming home after a full day of exploring beautiful Danang and being greeted and welcomed back to the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean with cleaning staff doing a fantastic job everyday with a huge smile on their faces.
There are so many nice staff in this hotel and I wish I had taken more notice of their names, so I could single them out, but in all honesty there were just too many and to single out a few would be unfair to the rest.

Great location close to beach. Many breakfast options but some hot dishes served cold. Rooms were clean and service was good with nice complimentary touches Like fruits, desserts and sandals to lounge around in. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the pick up and drop off services were great. Our AC was not working the last 2 nights of our stay (but didn't bother to complain). Pool area nice and clean with exception of some dirty tourists cigarette butts everywhere that weren't swept up for quite some time. Also loud by the pool due to traffic (beyond hotels control but something to consider). The street noise from our 14th floor room was extremely loud, far worse than being on the 3rd floor on bui vien street in Saigon so I have to believe its because poorly built windows/walls with absolutely no sound proofing. The gym was clean but lacking equipment so we purchased day passes at a gym.. one versatile cable weight machine would go a long way, or barbell with plates with the extra space. Overall we had a nice stay.

The service was great! Beautiful rooms. The food/restaurant was terrible. We ate there for dinner on our first night, and had the complementary breakfast the next morning, and became sick a few hours later. The food was cold and tasted old, with the wine served hot.
