WiFi did not work. Breakfast was suppose to start at 7.00 am. Every previous stay it started after 7.30 am. When the front desk clerk was informed her response was “breakfast starts when ever chef is here and starts”

The staff is friendly, efficent and helpful. We had a problem with our room which they promptly gave us a new room. Overall very clean and eco friendly. The tv, however, did not work well. The pool was clean butnot kid friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which was very good. Shuttle service was also quite good. Loved the location.

Over we had an amazing stay they. My sister and I were lucky to get a room at the last min and they accommodated us beautifully. It's a short walk to the beach and activities. The bar tender definitely made the drinks with love and overall it was clean and just an excellent stay. We will definitely be back!

Good parking with friendly staff. The pond rooms are very dark even with the windows opened, but they are cozy. It's not bad for the cost and comes with breakfast as well.

It was a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and the pool is very nice. The service was very good. I would recommend to others.

It was good. The staff was efficient. The kitchen staff went out of their way to make breakfast for us when we were late. They could use a lil dose of being more friendly and smile more though.

Breakfast was suppose to start at 7.00 am. This is my second stay and at 7.20 there was still no breakfast. The noise at night at the pool is unbearable for those staying at the Cabannas. The noise last night did not end until after midnight.

Good service . Place was clean and well kept. Food and drinks was excellent. The depth of the pool should be better advertised via signage on entering the pool. Not too keen on the “blinds “ on the entrance door to the room. I will stay again however .

Although they claimed breakfast was served from 7am to 11am, tea or coffee was not available until 7.10 or thereabouts. There was no facility for making tea or coffee in the rooms. The TV didn't allow us to watch the Trinity channel or even the CPL T20 cricket matches.

This property was such a great surprise. We loved the cabins and the property as a whole. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed posting up at the restaurant and watching the kids enjoying themselves. The staff was wonderful and the food/drinks were great. Will be returning to Shephard's Inn on our next trip, no doubts.

There should be a low bench along the wall to rest things also a light is needed in the area where the refrigerator is located in the closet. The bed needs a mattress covering also there was small ants trail along the bed area and bathroom sink.

It took an hour and a half for them to prepare my room and there were no towels but the staff was very nice and I got a free cocktail for my inconvenience.

There's a few things well that Shepherd's Inn needs to improve on. Firstly, having work done (building more rooms on the property) from 9am to 5pm is pretty ridiculous. I am glad we were there one day as I felt we were going crazy from the noise. This serious inconvenience should have been highlighted when reservations are made and not on a small plaque on arrival when checking in. Check in also takes too long. 35 minutes when there is no one else is insane...caused by constant interruptions and leaving us to attend to everyone and everything else. Please be warned, there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes but thankfully, they have attempted to minimize this with an outlet in the room. Pool was pretty dirty on arrival but there was a noticeable difference the following morning. Note the shuttle has specific times and isn't always available. For me, I would return based on convenience (close to airport, shops and restaurants) and the buffet breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. Note: walk with shampoo and conditioner as this is not provided.

I was not very impressed with some of the amenities provided. The pool towel service was poor due to them not having clean towels on the occasions we requested them. I asked for an extra pillow due to a health concern but this was not available which is understandable as i should have requested before checking in however the manner and service in response was not to my liking. The property itself is clean and rooms were kept tidy. I really appreciated their green key certification and their role in helping the environment.

Our stay at Shepard's inn was fair. We planned a lot of activities outside of the property and only stayed to sleep and have breakfast. For this purpose it was suitable. However, the property is a bit outdated and would benefit from some modernization. The daily breakfast options were both limited and inconsistent. There were the same options offered every morning but the the quality was significantly different each time. During the day water pressure in the rooms was very low and even stopped completely once. I would not stay again and do not think it was worth the money.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, however lots of noise due to renovations in the building. One thing I didn’t like was how close the room where in the cabin I was able to hear the other guest conversation clear as day and even when they snoring at night but overall the stay was nice and everything was In close proximity. The staff was really friendly and helpful and room service was always on point.

Stay was Ok… I’ve stayed there many times before and it was more or less the same… Had a couple of British guests in the rooms next door, that was quite chatty and loud right outside my door … Spoke to the front desk and the noise stopped almost immediately …

Some of the staff had amazing customer service especially the evening restaurant crew. The morning restaurant server need some customer service training. Amazing property. Food options was great. Cleaning was done effectively. The ground staff was so friendly.
