Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Hotel was in great condition, perfectly located with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

It is an OK lodge. Not worth the price. The food is OK but not great. The staff are super friendly. The tours were OK; we didn’t see any exotic animals; only frogs and spiders.

My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely recommend!
