When we arrived at the hotel the numbers provided by Expedia was incorrect. We had to wait until someone arrived around 17.15h. He checked my paperwork and informed me I had to pay again? I explained to him that Expedia took the payment when I booked it. He told me the virtual card wasn't working and I had to ring Expedia. I did and numerous phone calls later I had to wait for a translater (even after explaining I could speak French). 1 and half hour later it was sorted.
I must say this wasn't an experience I wanted after travelling since 4.00 AM with 2 young children. This should have been sorted from the moment I booked and paid!
This has left a bad taste for booking again through you

Ample parking. Good shower.
Clean room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Close enough to restaurants in the town centre. Great value for travellers. No frills but hard to better at the price for a simple over nighter.
