Clean bathroom and hotel premises.
It's located in Kanab and very convenient to national and state parks.
The room itself needs a thorough renovation.
Rundown walls.and carpets as well as old dated furniture.

Breakfast was the basic Hampton Inn bf. Totally fine, nice servers, etc. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Easy parking, friendly desk staff.
We were only there for one night. Great location for walking the town, and for short drives to cool things like Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Mochi cave, and we even caught a rodeo on the Saturday!

This property was well maintained. The rooms were large and the bathroom was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was average, but had a nice selection of food. I loved that they had raw sugar and a vanilla. I would definitely stay here again!

A modern hotel in good location on main street of Kanab. Close to shops and great restaurants. Comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped bathroom and nice breakfast selection.
