We had a one bed ground floor apartment that was a nice size. The owner let us check in early which was great. The swimming pool is small but there were plenty of sunbeds. It was easy to park there as there are eight spaces. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to Cavtat harbour but it is a steep hill on the way back. Regular shuttle boats to Dubrovnik or you can just get the bus there and back as the bus stop is about 200m from the apartment.

First place we stayed in Croatia. Lovely apartment. Balcony. Quiet. Nice enough view, some landscaping/construction going on. A bit of a walk to the wharf area but a nice walk.
Host very personable and helpful, lived close by. A very nice property, would recommend.

Excellent apartment, the host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean, the pool and hot tub was a great facility. We did not have time to use the gym or sauna.i would recommend and plan to return in the future.

Villa Lukas is an absolute gem in Cavtat, and our stay in Apartment 10 exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Luka and Irena were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless trip.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and featured an incredible sea view that made morning coffees and evening sunsets unforgettable. When we weren't out exploring, the pool provided the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind in the sun. The location is ideal—a peaceful retreat that is just a easy, scenic 10-minute walk down to the Cavtat marina, putting all the best restaurants, shops, and waterfront strolls right at your doorstep.
We cannot recommend Villa Lukas highly enough. If we ever return to Cavtat, this is without a doubt where we will be staying again!
