The staff were excellent. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Also, the hotel is in walking distance to most of what Dumagette is known for.
The condition of the property could use some updating but in didn’t bother me the least.

The staff here were excellent. Very friendly and courteous. This is the way of Filipino society. A great and loving country. The building is very old and not in the best shape. However this is the Philippines and I expected this to be the case. The hotel was centrally located and made it easy to navigate the city.

Noisy during the day but ghost town during the night
Night life is about 1 km away have to walk along the dark lane.
The front desk staff is very helpful.
