Atibaia Residence Hotel & Resort

This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna.

The public facilities are nice enough and varied...pools, sports, bars. Restaurant was only ok. My room was not great....very old, small with three twin beds lined up. All three beds were uncomfortable, not one of them was just right. It was clean and the bathroom was ok. The music was raging by the pool, it was as loud in my room as it was at the party. When I asked the desk clerk what time it would stop he told me that the people seemed to be having a good time, so it would go on until they stopped having a good time. Well, they stopped having a good time about two. I wasn't having a good time. (And this was during the week.) I would stay there again because it was generally ok and was convenient for what I needed.
