This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting Houston. This is definitely a very great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, Hotel is amazingly clean, breakfast is nice. We highly recommend this hotel and anytime we’re passing through Houston. We will definitely choose this hotel. I would like to say Thank you to Mr. Umit for having such an amazing staff. The first time we came I recall being checked in by Paul an amazing employee. Then this time we were greeted by Jenifer another Great employee. And as we were checking out with Ms. Hanna I totally enjoyed our conversation. Hope to see you all again soon. Thank you Mr. Umit for speaking with us in the lobby last night. I can see you definitely care about your hotel and your staff. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel was amazing I recommend it to anyone staying in Houston. The room was extra clean! The staff was amazing! The breakfast wasn't so good but we had places around to eat at. We will definitely be back!

Just in town for the night. I’m picky when I am looking for a Hotel. Reviews were great, price was good, so I reserved a room. Room was nice and clean! Bed was comfortable! It was quiet and relaxing! Great stay!

Everything was good, except for the breakfast consisting of the same options daily during our four night stay. We had to ask the breakfast host to fill the milk container and put more muffins out several days during our stay.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad stay in this hotel, even when I raised the problem, the manager did not cooperate so that I could change my hotel. The hotel had a repeated breakfast every day, which was served until 8:50, the printer in the lobby did not work, and the only positive point was the price, I wish I had never chosen this hotel because of the price. I even changed my room once because there was no internet in my room, it was one of my worst experiences

If you care for your back stay away from this hotel, the pillows and beds aren’t supportive at all. My husband and I stayed here and both woke up with back pain.

The hotel had good online reviews. We arrived at 10 pm and almost 2 hour after we arrived a huge roach was crawling on the wall. We called the front desk but she said was the only one and couldnt leave the front. We ended up killing it and had to clean it up ourselves, good thing it fell on the ceramic floor at the entry and we could disenfect with the Lysol we brought. By the time dealt with this I went to speak to the front desk. By this time my daughter and friend were already asleep and front desk wanted us to switch rooms. We declined because we were exhausted from the drive and the Huge roach situation. Manager said there was nothing they could do to comp our reduce the cost of our stay.
