This place is great! Nice and warm as you enter and a lovely communal sitting area offering snacks and drinks to help yourself. Great to meet others there and share a little chat if you wish or sit and take in the views. We stayed in ski inn room and it had a really.comfortable bed and good bathroom. If i was forced to give a downside id choose it didnt have anywhere to hang or store clothes but wasnt a big issue as there was somewhere.to put your case/bag on and manage from there. Tv allowed own streaming to be added and had good signal and channels. We met Lisa and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable on area and willing to help with anything. Parking outside too. We enjoyed eating out and theres plenty choice easily walkable from this location.

Great atmosphere, food, and conversation. Amazing views of the mountain. We loved the cozy living room. Coffee was amazing, awesome Jira coffee system.

I stayed one night at Ski Inn. There is a free breakfast. Clean and quiet room. Short distance to Alyeska Resort. I will book more nights next time when I will be in the area.

This is an amazingly comfortable inn! Troy and other staffs are very friendly and helpful. 24 hours access to snacks and hot/cold drink. Homey living room provides after ski relaxing time. South face room has high sealing and thick carpet so it was super comfortable despite the smallest size. I definitely will come back !!!

Easy check in and out. Needs updating, cramped room for 2 Queen Beds. Shower makes a big mess, had to use a few towels for puddles. Faucet in the bathroom needs repair, it’s wiggly and unstable. Beds are decent &comfortable. Good selection for free breakfast bars, drinks and other snacks. Convenient if you need last minute items from a small store next door.

TV is not working in the livingroom. Due to snow, entrance to go to the apartment is not easy. Overall, location is good and convenient, but the inside the facility is not meet my expectation.

Our second stay at the Ski Inn and it was wonderful as usual. This was a staycation for us before Christmas and glad we did it with the Ski Inn. Very much appreciate them being pet friendly and I hope they continue to allow pets. It is a cozy, affordable lodging option that we will always go back to. Looking forward to staying here again!

What a treasure! Want a unique Alaska experience? Tired of blase’ ski resort “I could be anywhere” experiences? Then the Ski Inn is for you! And don’t miss the opportunity to eat at the Base Camp restaurant right across the street! Amazing!!!!!

The place and concept was great! The best thing for us was the sweet cleaning lady! She had a pot of coffee brewing for all and gave us great info about the town. Thank you so much

There are multiple stairs into the building and down to our room. It made it difficult to transport our luggage. The room was very small as was the bathroom. We had to shoehorn in are two suitcases.

The front desk was supposed to be staffed during stated hours, never found a person. The rugs/floor had not been vacuumed, and dirty linens in the loft. However, the sheets were clean, the bed comfortable, the shower amazing, and I appreciated the washer/dryer!

We were unable to get in! I had phoned ahead to say our arrival would be after midnight, response was "no problem". The method of entry was unclear and impossible to operate in the dark. No response to my phone call saying we were locked out. We ended up finding an unlocked upstairs back door, so got in. The place is great otherwise, but they really need to simply or clarify access to the front door.

The Sleep Inn far exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean and elk equipped and the bed was so comfortable! We’ll definitely stay here again some day!

This property was perfect for our needs. Quiet, simple room, large bathroom, and a simple breakfast in the common area. Spending our last night in Girdwood was the perfect way to round out this year's Alaskan adventure. While in town we strolled around, visited the brewery, and ate dinner at the Double Musky Inn. I will happily book here again on future trips.

We had a nice stay- comfortable bed, clean room and nice cozy lobby with to go items. Excellent location for the Forest Fair. Not having a closet or hooks is the only negative.

It was a lovely place to stay, nice room, good shower, clean. We have been there for 2 days but we have only a towel for 1 day. Because there is no staff at the accomodation you cannot ask anybody.

Our room was so small we had nowhere to open our suitcase except on the bed one at a time. We managed to deal with it. The real issue was the bar next door if you want a quiet place on the weekend, I don't think is your best option. We had a live band playing and we had to use ear plugs to go to sleep.

We had a nice stay at the Ski Inn. Though our room wasn't cleaned well (needed vacuuming and dusting) , the Inn felt pleasant. Breakfast was just fine for us since we don't need much in the morning. There was coffee, tea, chips, bagels, yoghurts, jelly, creamcheese, (chocolate)milk, fruits, pineapple and vegetable juice and peanutbutter. Our room (inlet view) was very small and we had a hard time to put our suitcases somewhere. There was no closet either. The livingroomarea was really comfortable and cosy.

Room floors were dirty and wet wash cloth was left in the shower. No way to charge phones overnight without disconnecting the TV. Overall a mediocre place

The ski inn is a cute little property. Had a nicely stocked kitchenette area downstairs with snacks and quick breakfast options. I would only suggest that they stock the shared bathroom a little better it ran out of TP when I was there and we weren’t sure who to contact and there was none to be found so we could restock.
