Check-in was easy. Staff was welcoming. (Note: the event center next door did impact parking availability) Room and property were clean with a few minor maintenances, cleaning ops that could approve overall aesthetic. Breakfast was included with our stay. Only had coffee which was good.

The lobby area was adorable....all decorated for Easter! I loved it and it was very clean. Also, there was an area you could go and get some ice water with lemon in it in a very nice container. The room as large w/ a sofa/setting area. The bed was so comfortable! The only moment of a slight dissatisfaction was when I got there to check in I had to wait quite some time for a staff member to show up but when she did she was very pleasant and it was a quick check in. will stay again!

The people were great. The hotel was outdated. The room had a old cups beneath the beds and sofa bed, a walmart bag behind the TV and a old drycleaning hanger in the bathroom. The curtains and bed decor was soiled, the tv remote was missing the back cover, the bath room had hair, lint and dust through out and down around the toilet was urine. Dont be fooled, i think managment created the excellent rating. The food at breakfast was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much - staff was super friendly, property was very clean and organized. The only objection I had was there were purple spots on the comforter on my bed, and the soap etc. containers were all very small.. 1 small bar of soap for sink and tub. Over all we would go back to this property.

As soon as we walked in, we noticed trash on the floor throughout the hotel, in the elevators and even in our room. The rooms are poorly maintained (dusty, dirty marks on walls, the bathroom was terrible. )The floor in the bathroom was dirty and the shower was even dirtier. The toilet was disgusting.

1st night room next door partying all night, could hear everything. Switched rooms. Noise no better. Had to ask woman in hallway to talk on phone somewhere else. Last night had to put towels in door crack because of Marijuana and cigarette smell. Both rooms only had one small hook on back of door for towels, washcloths, etc. Not enough for one person let alone more. Laundry facilities out of order. Staff was nice, but said that washer/dryers are usually out of order. Staff was nice about moving rooms, but need to be more aware by walking halls.

The staff was very rude especially velma. The manger was a lier the rooms are very over priced for the condition they are in they all need to be remodeled for the price. On the day of check i Come out of the hotel to see that my car had been hit in the parking lot just a horrible experience ...

2nd time staying here and we love it. Love the quietness and friendly staff. Breakfast is great! The pool table area was a little messy but nothing to down grade them. Will definitely stay again!

Comfort Suites Lubbock was a clean and comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. We were passing through from New Mexico to our home in Central Texas, and it was just what we needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy and the room was all we needed and more.

Was a good stay. Nice staff. Big room and big shower. Found a random seed in my bed that looked odd and suspicious.

Shower was covered in hair that we didn't notice until we were using it. Has daily room service which was different thanoat places we've stayed. Fire alarm was pulled at 630 am, which happens. The problem was the staff gave no updates, no direction, absolutely no communication with any guest.

They put me in a handicap room and also there was food left in the freezer as if they didn't clean it or don't clean it cause the freezer had been closed for a while. ice was almost dragging it closed.

I was in and out so fast I didn't get a chance to really experience much of the hotel. But a few things I did notice that are important to me. The TV had a lot of channels and a list near the bed of the channels which is always helpful (however the list didn't seem accurate). The provided shampoo/soap/lotions were pretty small and I think the lotion bottle was mostly empty. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and it seemed clean overall. I arrived around 10pm and I left at 5am, so take my comments for what they are worth.

The hotel served its purpose with nothing to write home about. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and it was relatively close to TTU. Snack pantry had limited snack and beverage offerings for purchase. Complimentary breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy for hot food. Waffle makers, bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juices. Microwave and mini fridge in the room which was nice. Oddly, around 9pm each night the smell of cigarette smoke permeated to room. This was the worst part of my stay. Other than that it was a good value hotel. Wouldn't be my first choice, but I would stay again if an alternative option were not available.
