The rooms were nice and clean. The pillows could be replaced. They were very thin and lumpy. I would have also liked better quality when it comes to toiletries. They had the bare minimum as far as soap and shampoo.

Bed sheets had stains. Restrooms had no soap for two days. When I told someone at front desk I was told to find the person who works near the breakfast because they were the ones who fix that. There was no one at the front desk whereas the breakfast area was full. So much pieces of food and garbage on floor in corners and plastic bags from previous party. So disappointing

Great hotel and location but there was some major water damage that looked as though it had been repaired but the repair didn’t seem to have worked. The ceiling was patched but looked like the rain could still cause issues. We were on the top floor, and from the outside it looked like there was a tarp on the roof. Maybe they were planning to fix it. It didn’t rain while we were there, so it was great. This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds. The pillows were good too. Ted Escondido’s was right across the parking lot, which made for easy dinner and drinks.

I reserved a room for 3 adults and 2 kids. My room said that it would sleep 5 people. When I got there it was only room for 4. I immediately went to the front desk and told them. I did not get a response for several hours about it. And when I did, I was told that a fifth person could sleep on a couch. And that would be all great if there was a couch in the room, they refused to move rooms. They also said they had no cots . I ended up leaving the hotel at 10 PM with all the kids and going to another hotel. They could not even give me a paper saying that my money is going to be refunded.

The smoke detector in the room next to us kept on going off and the shower handle was leaking the whole time of our stay.

Property is fine. Rooms are clean. However, there was a very disruptive woman in another room that was continuously screaming, yelling and banging stuff non stop for hours and it was reported multiple times, by multiple customers and they still were allowed to continue the disruptive behavior by the hotel staff with no resolution.

Hotel was fine. Relatively clean. Room had a strange gurgling noise that was really loud. I believe it was the bathroom vent that could not be turned off. It was loud enough to keep me awake even with the bathroom door closed. The breakfast was so-so. Average selection of typical hotel breakfast. The eggs were awful but everything else was good. The hotel seemed newer but did show some aging. My bathroom towel rack fell off and the mirror was worn. The beds were very comfortable. Decent stay but may go elsewhere when I return.

Stay was affordable. Room had some issues: some cigarette smell even though it was a “smoke free” room. TV’s remote did not work, neither phone. Bed was very comfortable. 4th floor where my room was located, had some areas where the ceiling looked like needed repair. Breakfast was good and lobby area clean. I would give it 3.8 out of 5.

Quick stopover in Broken Arrow while driving across country. Great location with a delicious BBQ restaurant just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, quiet location. Nice little fitness center with some weights and treadmills which felt good to use after 10 hours of driving. Breakfast wasn’t great, but could get you down the road. Front desk staff was wonderful.

10/10 If I could give it 20/20 I would. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Hopefully the housekeeping gets appreciated, I sure did appreciate them. I hope it’s as clean next time I come. Will be staying here again next time. Very comfortable and safe. I hope the owner sees this so that they keep doing a great job at keeping it comfortable and safe. Thank you all of the workers!

First room the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Asked for a different room and seemed fine when we walked in. Came back for the evening and the mini fridge didn’t work, sheets had stains all over them and it was as just kind of a beat up room. Had a big screw sticking out of the floor and the fridge never got fixed or replaced. They just told me I didn’t adjust it right. But I did. The temperature never changed and the food we had bought got ruined. Definitely won’t stay again.

I love the fact they are pet friendly. But the doggy area was full of land mines. One very large dog had an intestinal issue and no one saw the need to pick up after their pets. Not the hotels fault. Otherwise great stay

Just another small hotel along the way. It is newish but already showing lits of wear in bathroom cabinet. Bed was squeaky. Staff was very nice. Breakfast okay. At least it was free. Not too far from airport.

A $20 non-refundable pet deposit per night seemed a little extreme but what can you do? The rooms are very small for the price and the "remodel" was not done very well. And if you plan on working at the desk, you may want to move it as it is right next to the AC. So, either freeze or move it are your choices...but again small room. Also, they need to leave a manual for the 9000-button remote that comes with the TV.

The front desk was on the phone while attending us not paying attention and it sounded like it was a personal matter. He just threw my card back and was not very friendly. The room was nice but the sofa had a lot of pet hair and was not cleaned.

Hotel was just ok. The pictures look better than the actual hotel. Pulling up it looks new and nice. However the soffits on the outside are rotting out. The staff was average not super helpful but not rude either. Our bed cover on one of our beds had a lot of visible stains on it. We called down to the front desk for a new blanket and we’re informed “all of our top blankets are stained” overall just an average/ok stay. I picked this hotel because it had great reviews and it just didn’t live up to expectations. Almost any store/food you’re looking for is in the area and it is close to the highway.
