There are things I enjoyed and things that could be improved about this hotel. The initial communication with the hotel was great; however, while the staff were attentive and kind, I felt that it was difficult to speak with them when I was there. I did believe that the staff did try their best to do what they can. The hotel is about four years old, but it feels older. The walls were leaking during the heavy rain, which probably will mean that mold will grow later if they do not fix it. The room itself felt like it wasn't fully clean with dusty floors and soap stains on the shower glass. The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes from the old town. The hotel does have a private beach with a shuttle; however, the shuttle is so inconsistent that even the staff recommends to take a taxi back. The hotel also felt like it was constantly advertising for its excursions, spas and gifts not just in the lobby, but with all the pamphlets in the room - that's fine that they want to show their other products but it felt constant. For a four star hotel, I believe that they could do better.

Staff were very friendly here. Hotel was excellent to. The only problem we encountered was the shower got very hot out of nowhere and also the TV remote wouldn't work from the bed (not much of an issue really). I would stay here again. It's pretty close to everything you would need and has shuttle busses and tour options eg bana hills, marble mountain etc. There wasn't many vegan options for breakfast though. We just had fruit and baked beans on toast every morning

Unbelievable property walking distance to all attractions. Maybe wifi could be improved it was barely usable at times

Lovely interconnecting rooms, great prices drinks during happy hour and very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. Only let down was that pastries and bread needed covering at breakfast as always had flies on them

This hotel is 10-minute walk to the old town. It has a nice deco. The staff are friendly and helpful. We liked the swimming pool, the happy hour and the massage very much. The breakfast has good varieties but taste is average.

Very nice people, had so much fun!! Specially hotel driver who gave us ride to airport was very kind guy and we appreciate his service mind!! We want to stay here again!!

Hospitality here is first class. My wife and I stayed for four nights to celebrate her birthday and explore Hoi An, which she had wanted to do for some time. It was our first time in Vietnam and we did not know what to expect but wow were we blown away by the service, location to the ancient town, free bike rental, old-world charm and decor, smiling staff, heck, we were upgraded upon arrival and were presented with a birthday cake and flowers in our room on my wife's birthday. It was a lovely gesture. The swimming pool was large and great for lounging around for an afternoon too. Special thank you to An, who met us at check in and was super friendly and fun. She even recognised the song I had on my phone Hay Ve Day Ben Anh by Duy Manh! To Binh, who welcomed us with a big smile at breakfast every morning and to everyone who made our stay a most delightful one. Recommended! PS. Thuy Com Ga is just steps away down the road for the greatest Vietnamese hainan chicken rice of your life.

Okay, but it 's a bit far from Old Town. I wish there was another shuttle bus time at 6:00 pm.

Lovely place just far enough to escape the noise but close enough to walk to everything you want to see, free shuttle provided to town and beach. Great free breakfast and 2 happy hours. We had room on 7th floor, highly recommend

Had a good 3 nights at the hotel. The hotel staffs were great , genuine to make your stay a good one .

Lovely looking hotel, 5 mins walk to Hoi an old town, great pool in courtyard in the centre. We had rooms facing the road and it was very noisy at night and in the morning (from about 6am onwards) both as a result of people on mopeds honking their horns but also from the hotel - it sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor every morning. We also found the coffee are breakfast very stewed and not very nice and found out why this was one day when we saw the fresh coffee being topped up by the remaining stewed coffee

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. The staff was excellent and the spa prices were amazing.

Wonderful stay. Honored our booking even though Expedia cancelled it. Did not hassle us about payment taking in good faith that we had already prepaid for our stay. Apologised profusely even though the cancellation was not the hotel's fault. Gave us a complimentary limo ride to the airport as an apology even though we recognise the hotel was not the problem but Expedia. Very professional.
