Hotel is in an excellent location, easy to get to Pub street and Night market. Hotel could do with some updating in rooms ; rooms are very basic if they put some flowers or pictures up it could make the room more welcoming; lobby was the nicest; water, coffee, tea and sugar had to be requested for replenishment every time ; they did not clean our room until I asked them to after that they did it every day; BREAKFAST was an issue - no western type breakfast - this has been complained about in other people’s reviews but obviously Bayon have not made any changes, breakfast is very basic - noodles/ rice/ bacon if it doesn’t get finished as the don’t replenish it/ some kind of small sausages and egg on request - same every day . Tea is very weak don’t know about coffee as did not drink it, It’s an okay hotel staff are good / rooms are not what you see online/ WiFi not brill / there is no tv which was disappointing

When we arrived, we were shown to a room with a shower, even though I booked a room with a deep soaking bath tub. The very friendly and helpful manager corrected this straight away and gave us a spacious room with a bath tub. In fact, for us it was the manager, the reception staff and the very friendly young lady in the breakfast room who all contributed to a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is in a quiet side street of Soksan, but still in walking distance to Pub Street and the Night Market. My friend enjoyed the pool and spent many hours there, especially on days where it was quiet. The let down of this hotel is the breakfast. It is geared towards the Asian group tours and offers little for the Western tastes. This should be improved. Muesli, Cornflakes, better jams and more variety of fruits would go a long way. We actually purchased some breakfast items from the supermarket. Another disappointment was that the cable for the TVs in the rooms broke down and we were given a notice that this would be indefinite due to larger repairs. No compensation was offered. We would say 4 star is a bit too grand on an international scale, but the hotel definitely offers a reasonable 3 star experience.

The front desk are very helpful and provide all the information require, their staff always come with smile face, their Manager offers help to guest in various aspects

Hotel and staff was amazing, close to everything but yet on a quiet street so didnt hear anything. Only letdown was the food and breakfast - so hopefully they will improve on this.

I truly had an amazing stay with my friends! This hotel is situated great in Cambodia and we were staying about a 10 min walk to Pub Street which had a variety of restaurants as well as Night Markets. The staff were covert helpful and they definitely went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay! Thank you kindly and I highly recommend it for anyone travelling.

Very cute hotel. neat room, crisp white sheets and comfy big comforter. balcony was a plus! Staff is accommodating, we will definitely come back. I love hotels like this, and the breakfast omelet was very good! fruit after amazing. most tuk tuks found our hotel with ease. pub street is a 5-7min walk max. 15-20 ride to temples. its all around a wonderful hotel. thank you to all of you who made our stay wonderful!!! we will be back!~

Nicest hotel ive stayed in Cambodia. New, clean, friendly staff and stunning pool. Location is close enough to walk to food, entertainment but tucked down a side street to limit noise.

I had a great experience with this hotel. It’s a quiet area (quiet when there isn’t construction going on) but very centrally located. The staff are friendly and helpful. Someone is always available if you have questions or need help arranging tours or transportion. I would definitely use them again.

Good hotel clean and comfortable and fantastic staff. 4 star rating is not justifiable. Breakfast is boring. The hotel surrounding is terrible. Like a slum.

Should be a 2 or 3 star not 4. Breakfast was terrible not worth having. There is a dirt track waiting for a road outside and it is opposite a building site. Room was good as was the bedding

Welcoming staff, good check in, my wife bitten by insects in room, suggest they look at pest control. Otherwise excellent room and will be coming back and recommend to my friends.

Amazing little gem tucked away in a quiet alley. Airport pickup was on time. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff always greeted with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. They organised tours for us and helped with booking bus tickets at the last minute. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again

Excellent 50 bed hotel with great pool, if small, just off Soksan Rd. in old town in just a few hundred meters. Only used restaurant for breakfast which was varied and good. Hundreds of eating and drinking places 100m away. Pretty good value

Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and spoke very good English. Close ten minute walk to the pub street where all the bars and restaurants are. They picked us up from the airport and sorted out our Angkor wat tour for us and our driver was lovely. Breakfast was good.

The room was nice good air conditioning and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The standards were very poor and it's unfortunate. They had barely anything available on the menu we had to go elsewhere for lunch and dinner. They had to drill the hairdryer onto the wall for us as it was not available on arrival which made things uncomfortable.

New hotel but missing some features as hotel hasnt fully opened yet. Around 12-15min walk to pub street. Will recommend but breakfast is not good. Staff are great
