Location very good close to a big mall

This was a good place to be when I was in Manila. The staff was very helpful. Found me a SIM card and gave me some tips around the city which were eventually helpful. The facility is incredible and it has some cool city view and the rail way view. I recommend this place to any traveler seeking to feel at home.

This was a flop house. Staff was very good but the place was rundown. The lumpy bed was long past its prime. The threadbare towels left a lot to be desired. Large amounts of mildew in the bathroom smelled up the room. Just avoid and go somewhere else

We booked for 3 nights and we just stay in an hour we can’t stand for the stinky smell i think its from the drainage super stinky. So we check out at the same day we check in.

Easy to check in even we arrived after 11pm. Friendly staff. Near to everything like shopping mall & food etc etc. Very quiet. The only thing to improve the drainage from the shower room, heater from the shower & to clean the AC (AC is not that cold). If you are a huge foreigner (like extra large & above) I won’t recommend this place because the toilet area is really small. Overall our stay is really pleasant. Glad this place is clean. No bugs or whatsoever 👍👍👍

Sex stained bed sheet asked to have it changed 5 days, room was never cleaned, trash not taken out, pillow smelled like body odor and they wouldnt change it after several requests.

The Hotel was closed. I was not allowed to stay. I need a refund!

Hotel was clean and staff are wonderful. Loved your breakfast especially my daughter. Maybe next time. We will stay hete when we're in the area.

Aircon is not working, no fridge, old room, I called many times to move our room because the aircon is not working, I'm not fell comfortable that's why I leave and went to other other.

the place is accessible to the big mall where you find food and your amenities. It is located though along the busiest street but its ok

The staff are nice , very helpful.. The place is in front SM North Edsa and makes it easier for transport , food and shopping....this is not a luxurious hotel but if u want ur life easier this is a good place to stay for a hime base if you stay in the city...

Room is clean and comfortable but slippers are not provided. Breafast was not so good. Cheap longganisa and bologna were served. Please remove these in breakfast menu. Observed that these are just being wasted by most of the guests having breakfast.

Staff don’t clean your room. Small room and very isolated place in a traffic nightmare with no parking available IN the hotel at times.

Loved our stay at Go Hotels North EDSA. The staff were all so easing and kind. The only thing I would change, is the possibility to ask for an extra blanket/comforter. Very small thing I would like to see change. Other than that, everything was perfect!

They only give 2 towel and if you want extra u need to surrender one first before getting another one

The North Edsa branch is our go-to hotel whenever we are in the Phils. The place is clean most of the time but needs more in-depth cleaning once in a while especially the shower area and floors. Overall, we love Go Hotels for its practicality, service and location.

The first room they gave me was still occupied. The second room had weak airconditioning. The staff were quick to fix the problems though. Wifi was quality was rather poor.
