The staff was very friendly at check-in. They use machine for check-in so that helped with the language barrier. The bed was extremely hard. We did not eat the breakfast because we didn't recognize the majority of the food. The location is great to the train station.

We requested if we can check Kim if the room is ready but they refused to allow us until exact time. The check in time was 4:00 pm where most hotels is 3:00 pm and allow early check in if room is ready

This is my third stay. It’s very close to my uncle’s home and jr station. Staff very pleasant and helpful Absolutely nothing bad to say. Highly recommended

Convenient as it is just a few minutes walk from Hiroshima sta.. only point is that there is no separate dining room for the breakfast so we need to have meals like students.

This was a budget priced property, but the staff was so kind, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, and there was a surprisingly good breakfast for free in the morning, eggs, beans, miso soup, and the best apricot juice I've ever had. I would stay here again

The hotel is located near Hiroshima station, just 10 mins walk from the Shinkansen north exit). Similar to other Toyoko inn in Japan, everything in the room is standard. I stayed in a double-bed room so the space is enough. It is good that you can adjust the room temperature by using the remote control. You can also enjoy free Japanese breakfast. There are 1-2 Toyoko inn is Hiroshima but this one is recommended because of it’s convenient location and reasonable price.
