Room is small but clean and hotel service and staffs attitude so nice If i will go to hisroshima..i will visit here again

Hotel is good. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast could could use some work. Food was ok but all cold. No warmers to keep the hot food hot.

This hotel was very adequate for a 2 night stay, and it was a good value. Although the bed was very firm, we were able to sleep nonetheless. There was a small desk for working, which came handy. The breakfast was available from early in the morning, which was great for traveling. The hotel staff, all very helpful, easily accommodated our luggage before check in and after check out. The area nearby was very walkable, very barely inside the city center. It was also easy to get to by bus from Hiroshima Station.

Good location for visiting museum, castle, bars, shops and events. Near big comercial facilities, so that convernience for business and sightseeing. Cleaning up all, nice staff. They have own parking, not so big but they have huge paking next place.

Hotel was very clean, the hotel staff were very helpful and it is in a very convenient area. Very easy to get from the station to the hotel by bus, and it is also a 10 minute walk to the street car to get around to other locations.

There were more people than I have seen in hotel for a while (a holiday weekend), but the staff were very efficient and moved everyone through quickly. The free breakfast was fine and the elevators arrived more quickly than at most hotels.
