I was looking for a 4 night stay for my family (myself, husband and 14 yo daughter) for a trip to Zion during springbreak. I debated whether to stay here or in a hotel in Springdale closer to Zion. I am glad I picked this hotel and this location. La Quinta in La Verkin is very clean, very quiet , service from staff is very good and good hot and cold breakfast items. I have to admit I picked La Quinta for the price because other hotels especially in Springdale are much more expensive. But in terms of cleanliness, quietness, service and satisfaction with breakfast- it’s great! I would highly recommend La Quinta in La Verkin. The only thing is it doesn’t have a restaurant within the hotel itself. But there are plenty of restaurants within 5-10 mins of the hotel. The location is very convenient- Less than 30 mins from Zion. And there is a Grocery store nearby within a few minutes away where we would get our sandwiches to pack for our daily hikes to Zion. I would rate La Quinta La Verkin 5/5 stars

Truly the gateway to Zion, this location is only a 20 minute drive to the main entrance of Zion and about 15 minutes away from Springdale. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator. It was conveniently located across the street from a gas station and large grocery store (Davis) and within 3 minutes from Hurricane which has many major fast food restaurants/casual and sit down restaurants. The breakfast was also good. It included scrambled eggs, some breakfast meat, oatmeal, waffle station, etc. Fruits were the standard apples and oranges. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely come back if I visit Zion again in the future.

This was the newest and cleanest hotel we stayed in all week. Great location, excellent breakfast, loved the pool and hot tub. Internet was NOT great however, especially during those popular hours. My 9 year old was not pleased, haha!

We can always count on La Quinta to deliver cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately we can also count on La Quinta to have one of the two elevators out of service. It’s so inconvenient to only have one elevator running for that size of hotel.

Room wasn't clean & the beds are not comfortable. Wont stay here again. We stayed at a Best Western after leaving this hotel & it was much cleaner even though it was much much older.

Very new, clean, beautiful views, close to the hiking we wanted to do. Walking in, everything was decorated with all of the natural formations that we wanted to see that got us pumped for our trip.

I had reserved a king suite with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. When we got to the room it was a standard king room. When i went to the desk the idiot said Hotels.com did not communicate that it was a suite and there were no other rooms available. So we had to cram a rollaway into a tiny room so our teenage son had a bed. Then I got a call at 11:30 pm asking me if I was still coming. Turned out they actually had us reserved for the suite but the idiot gave us the wrong room.

We had a very nice stay. The pool and hot tub was not working but we didn't have time for that anyway. It didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was good. Room was nice.

Perfect for what I needed (somewhere to stay for a few days Mountain Biking) - hot-tub was a blessing after hard hours on the Mesa! Breakfast offerings were limited, so plan your nutrition needs accordingly...!

Great property for the price. Rooms were nice and clean. Property was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice hot breakfast that was included in the price. Overall enjoyed our stay here and liked the proximity to Zion National Park.

I got an eye infection from the bedding! Trying to treat it now. So not impressed with that. The floors felt grubby but I thought it seemed clean. I liked the staff for the breakfast and house keeping! They were amazing. The front desk people were weird to interact with and not fully aware of you. Just awkward and made it hard. Breakfast wasn’t very good but they had cereal so that worked. I don’t think we will stay here again, but I still recommend it if you’re in a pinch.

Overall, everything is clean and modern. Check-in was easy and quick. My only suggestion would be to create a dog relief area. I would recommend staying here, especially with its proximity to Zion and other attractions.
