Overall stay was great. Location and hotel good. Everything was clean. Except the smell of smoke reeked. It seems maybe people smoke in there? Or the ventilation recirculated in the rooms? We had multiple rooms and all had smoke smell issues. Some worse than others. Could especially smell it in the bathroom which is weird (which is why we think it might be a recirculation or ventilation problem)

Everything was great except 1 minor point. The air con wasnt working so i was uncomfortable the first night. I gave feedback to hotel staff and they said they cnanot adjust due to centralised system. They tried to help but putting a portable air flow machine in the room. It did help the situation but i could not quite understand why the air con wasnt working in the first place. The air coming out from the room is literally hot air. Should have just paid a bit more for 5 star hotels.

Hotel rooms are spacious and staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel is within 10-15min walking distance from the subway and major sights within the city. There are also plenty of eateries and restaurants along the street. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, free afternoon tea and and free washing machines and dryers provided by the hotel. Strongly recommend to for all visitors to Xian.

The hotel is well situated in the old city making it easy to walk to places of interest, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a good size, clean and came with lots of accessories. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I rang for help while doing laundry and housekeeping came within minutes. Add on the breakfast. It was very good.

Location is abt 10min walk to nearest mrt station, 钟楼station inter change. 5min walk to 鼓楼 and 回民街. Lots of eatery nearby and good confectionary shop across the road. 20min walk to south gate of the xian city wall. All staff are friendly but not all are familiar with attractions. If you do not need your room to be cleaned, you will hv to inform the counter.

I arrived on the Bullet Train from Beijing, with partially good information, taking the subway to the closest station, but was led to believe it was close to the hotel, they even drew a little map, with Chinese instructions, but upon arrival I had no clue which way to turn, nor where to go.
Tried with difficulty to find an English speaker and even to find a cab. The cab drove quite a distance, and the driver left me across the street, pointing to buildings, none with the hotel name.
I had to enter a few buildings with the Chinese writing of the hotel's name, finally finding what looked like an office building.
Again, a hotel, otherwise attractive had reception staff with no English. Finally, a manager came from upstairs, who spoke fair English, helping me with info.
The room was good sized, and I was directed to the nearby attractions, so it is well located. Oddly, quite often, I saw one
of those delivery robots darting in and out of the elevators, so it might have been part of the room service.
It was dreary, though, having to deal with clerks constantly relying upon a translation app. Hire better educated staff, please, and put the hotel's name on the building and front door.
When I left, I booked a cab directly to the train station, bypassing the subway, much too far away.

Just one unhappy thing that I requested a higher floor room when I made the booking and I was end up allocated on the 6th floor facing the Main Street. Given the night lives are quite active nearby the hotel - I hear noises up till 1am before falling asleep.

This hotel ruined us for other hotels. What an amazing value: free mini bar, friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, great price. My only complaint is that we are starting a 3 week excursion around China and Asia and nothing will be as good as this hotel. So, yeah, we are ruined.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. Staff very attentive, room had everything you needed. A surprise was the free afternoon tea & mini bar - a an extra touch not expected.

Great location. Free water, afternoon tea. Bountiful breakfast. The complete stay was a very pleasant experience. But the hotel charged my stay from 11/7-11/10 again even though it was prepaid with Hotels.com. When we checked out, the front desk said everything was fine. The I found the additional charge after we came home. This marred our rating of the hotel. I have emailed the management to correct their error, and have also disputed the charge with the credit card company. This should not have happened.

Airport pickup arrangement went wrong. We waited for 1 hour, but nobody showed. Took a cab to the hotel. It was a bad experience.
The hotel manager later sent to my room a plate of fruit. Good gesture.
Otherwise, the hotel is excelent. We enjoyed the staying and the breakfast.

Great location. Would have given 5 smiles except for the fact that they did not fix the bed lamp which did not work. Would stay here again. Would recommend this hotel to others. Private car pickup was 150¥, and included porter service. Enjoy the daily tea at 4 pm. Breakfast included many Chinese and Western choices to satisfy different tastes. Unlimited water is a plus.

My family and I are impressed with the excellent service from front desk to housekeeping. A special Thanks to Ms Wu & Ms Wang Hong Mei of house keeping at Level 10, who are very friendly and helpful & the warm hospitality. The hotel is in an excellent location, near a subway, plenty of eateries. It has free service use of washer which is a huge plus . I have no hesitation to recommend my family or friend to this hotel
