EXCELLENT!! ๐ ๐๐๐๐
This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are large, immaculate and have all the amenities you need โ including a well-stocked refrigerator. The breakfast is AMAZING and is served from 8a to 11a!! A definite โ๐โ to the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. The presentation of the breakfast foods and cleanliness is superb. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Lesser Town and is very convenient for walking and the tram. There are many nice restaurants in the area and our favorite restaurant was Lore Malastrana (Thunovska 181/16) which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Last, but not least, Nela. She is incredibly kind, extremely helpful and professional. She provided many recommendations and coordinated our airport transportation. Even prior to our stay she responded to emails in a timely fashion. Thank you Nela for caring so much.

The hotel was located close to many of the tourist attractions. When we arrived we were met by a warm welcome and were shown to our room. The rooms were spacious and lovely and warm. The hotel was quiet too. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there were many different options to cater for all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Upon checking in Martina the receptionist upgraded us to the premium duplex 2 bedroom suite since the original room had issues. This was such a nice surprise. First time ever that we stayed in a place similar to a condo (everything except a kitchen and laundry room). It was very spacious, quiet, clean, nicely located within walking distance to all the main attractions. The daily breakfast was wonderful, with nice variety. Accommodated all of our wants, and simply loved our stay.
