Good for my overnight stay!

Medium conformity. Crowded by grape workers for the picking season which made it noisy and crowded in the hallway until after 23.00

Very friendly and helpful receptionist on duty. No food available so had to go out for food after a very long drive. However a really good restaurant 5-10 minute walk away- Punjab- with an all you can eat buffet. No air conditioning in the room but then room cheap so to be expected probably.

Firstly, please keep in mind that it is a rare we stay in motels. It’s in a industrial area in the city and you definitely have to drive or take public transport to get anywhere. It’s run down, definitely seen many days, with no facilities and barely even warm water if someone else in the building is competing with you. There’s an odd smell, very hard beds and the room looks nothing like the photos… There’s no shampoo or conditioner, just a bar of soap and paper cups.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Very small bathroom. Good rapport quality/ price.

Our room was in the 2nd building, which was fine as it meant we felt very secure with key cards to get onto the parking area and the building itself, and only a short walk for breakfast. The room was lovely and clean and as we were on the ground floor we were able to get into the grassed area at the back. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I feel this is more of a hotel to stay for 1 night on your way to somewhere else rather than a holiday destination in itself though

Easy to find, secure parking, efficient and friendly staff. Value for money. Nice to have the restaurant as part of the hotel for convenience. Short drive into Reims.

Hotel essential useful especially for business trips being located north of the city on the main arteries of communication. Very simple rooms, convenient on-site parking. Nothing interesting, but decent solution

Couldn’t get in! Check in was allowed until 11pm

Accommodation was basic but very clean. It was a lot further out of Reims than I had expected and cost about €16 in a taxi into the city centre. Our room was on the ground floor and had no window, only a door which I obviously wasn’t going to leave open all night so we had no fresh air.

Completely secure car-parking and efficient electronic key system was welcome with a car-load of kit that we did not have to unload. Exceptionally helpful reception staff helped with a change of booking at short notice at no extra cost.

I think France very hard parking system and request add payment. But this hotel no need add any parking fee. So very good parking system and parking area and quit place.

The hotel is on an industrial estate conveniently close to the motorway. However, the photo displayed is misleading - it is not where our room was. Our room was in a run down block about 30m further on. It looked like an old army barracks and outside desperately needed painting. The room was clean but there was rust around the bath tap and the skirting board was damp. The car park had a security gate with a code. We were given a room at the back but requested a room at the front on the ground floor where we could see our car and hear if the alarm had gone off. If that had not been possible we would have left. As it was we got up several times during the night to check. We had already requested a refund for the breakfast we had paid on site and left at 6 in the morning. We would not book here again.

Staff did not kake eye contact when greeting us. We returned from our evevibg meal and got ready for Ed to find we had run out of toilet paper. We called reception and were told we had to come and collect it. This meant getting dressed andleaving the building to walk down the street to the mian reception. I opted to ask my husband to do this as we were in a strange and very quiet neighbourhood with lots of industrial units. Had I been a female on my own l don't know what l would have done. My husband arrived in reception to find three members of staff all chatting happily, not working, so why a roll could not have been brought to us l am not sure. It strikes me as very poor customer service.

24 hr reception, location for getting out of reims early

A warm welcome, exceptionally clean, 12pm checkout, breakfast til 10am on weekends, free breakfasts for under 10s. A perfect travel hotel

Absolutely fabulous hotel, the reception staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, breakfast immense 10 out of 10.

This hotel is ok for a one-night stopover. There is nothing special about it - one of a chain.

Good travellers hotel with easy access. Very clean with good carpark. Breakfast was awful hotel full and they could not cope with the demand. Restaurant shut at weekends so another disaster for our party.

We have asked for extra pillows and not given. Also tea & coffee facilities are not available.

At check-in we were told breakfast was at 06:30 and we pre-paid for the family. We came down at 06:30 to be told they'd made a mistake and we'd have to wait until 07:00. Explained we couldn't because of the timing of our Eurotunnel crossing and despite admitting it was their mistake they would not refund the cost of breakfast before we left and have not replied to my emails seeking a refund!

Absolutely perfect stay. We needed a cheap motorway hotel for our journey back from skiing. We’ve tried these kind of hotels before and always expect low standards due to the cost. This hotel was way beyond our expectation: so comfortable, nice modern look, super service minded staff! Will definitely stay there again next time I’m passing.

Unclean room, hairs in the bed, stains on the pillow, unclean bathroom, small room, overpriced for what it is.

Not the best location for a walk and finding food or a drink but easy to find, quiet, comfortable and served our needs on a long trip

The hotel is pleasant enough but the location is bleak. Vehicle parks and industrial lock ups. Room was a bit gloomy and stuffy and the only window was a glass door which we chose to close at night
