Check in is horrifying took 50mins and whole bunch of headless chicken receptionist to do simple check in. It’s the most unorganized hotel ever

The room is traditional with comfortable bed and sofa . The view is good and hotspring is excellent . I strongly recommend for anyone enjoy Japan hot spring should be in there !

This Hoshino property is not up to Hoshinoya standard. Very crowded with lots of family and kids. Room is average considering the premium price. Food is average also. Overall poor value for money.
