The staff was great. They made reservations for tours and pickup to and from the airport. Also, I liked the breakfast buffet!

We really liked the cave room we got, the bathroom was spacey and confortable. The staff was great and were very helpful, they gave us recommendations for the activities and arranged it for us and they were all great. Definitely recommend.
