Establishment is always very quiet, no issues there. Staff is extremely helpful abd polite. Our room this time could have used some updates, but overall, we had a decent stay. Price is great.

Check-in was smooth. BEWARE of their check-in hours, be sure you have contact information accurate when you book. I believe check-in is 3pm-6pm, they will call you to remind you of this. Very safe and quiet setup. 2 night stay, didn't hear a peep. AC was ice cold, fridge, stove, microwave, separated sofa area with TV away from bedroom with another tv were nice additions.

This place was perfect. It’s like a small apartment! Very clean & quiet! Also it’s about 30 mins from Charlotte Motor Speedway. Also NASCAR race shops are close by. The price was very reasonable. We had one small issue with the construction across the road, however the manager took care of it right away. Also if you are looking for a quiet place, this is where you want to stay. Food, shopping all very close

Great value for money, and the manager of the property was super helpful to me with a late arrival. Rooms are very spacious! Lots of room to settle in! I was there for a week, so I really appreciated being able to feel like I was in an apartment and not a hotel room. Great access to dining and shopping all around the hotel -- and easy access to interstate.
Some things to know. Need some additional housewares in the room, I believe. And, both of the cardio machines in the gym area were broken.
Laundry room was perfect. And, wifi worked like a charm.
Needs a little love and care, but GREAT value for money if you have a multi-day stay in the area.

I booked this place thinking that it would be in great condition like stay Apt Suites back in VA! Although the front desk service was absolutely tremendous, the rooms themselves need to be updated badly. Every lamp shade was dusty, one was even broken. The nightstand looked like the drawer would fall out of it at any point. The walls were visibly dirty, and that included the bathroom where there was a booger on the wall near the sink. It was very dusty and the string in the blinds were broken. I will say that the beds were comfortable! This place would definitely get higher ratings if the rooms were updated a bit and cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

We stayed from Thursday Oct 19th -23rd. We had a late checkin and Steve, the manager, calledvand gave me the box number and code to get the room keys. The office closes at 6pm. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Comfortable and affordable.

The facility was nice and clean. The location was perfect! Parking was a breeze. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

It's a really nice place to stay... Clean... efficient... Good value for the money. However I would stay in the front rooms as the rooms that border the road in the back are very noisy.

Check in was interesting. We arrived a little late so we were told to use the check in boxes. We were assigned a box number and a code. The code didn’t work. We called the contact number 5 times before reaching the manager. He was very nice. He reset the code but realized that he had forgotten to put the check in package in the box. The accommodation was ok. The bed was comfortable but the hide a bed was hard and had no sheets. No hangers.
For an apartment type unit, there was no extras. There was 2 cups, 2 plates and 2 bowls. No toaster. No frying pan. No pots to cook in. There was a couple knives and spoons and only 1 fork. We ended up going to a dollar store to buy a big bowl and some cutlery. There are no bbq grills and no housekeeping.

We stayed here when we went to a drag race, it was very close to the track and all types of stores. Everything from
grocery stores to fast food and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. It was a gorgeous room, clean and spacious.

Great location, great staff! I’d highly recommend staying here if you are staying at least 2 nights. The rooms are like mini apartments, serves the purpose well!!! I’ll be staying there for future golf trips, hate not being able too stay just 1 night, if passing thru but other then that, fantastic!!!

We liked that a key was required to enter the premises. It was an open concept and felt very safe. The room was very clean and spacious, temperature was perfect, shower was great. King bed was comfy but couch..not so (guess thats expected) there were no sheets available til the next morning (that was very disappointing but we improvised). Overall we were very impressed and would much rather book there then a hotel. Price was super affordable and we would recommend booking a stay

The unit we stayed in was fine. It was clean and very adequate for our stay. The negative was the noise level and our concern for safety. Because this is an extended stay hotel...there seemed to be more noise. When we checked in we were told we should be on the 2nd floor since they don't allow children on that floor. Well, there were 3 children in the unit right next to ours who were screaming and riding their bike right past our front door and they were making tons of noise and kept slamming their door until after 3 am. Then there was a very inebriated man walking around, pants unzipped which didn't make us feel real safe. Maybe we should have expected this since it is an extended stay facility...but we would not stay at this location again.

Suite was very clean and comfortable. Very good communication with property manager before we got there, since we were coming in later than office hours. Everything worked very smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again if we are ever in the area. Was told to expect it more like an apartment not a hotel and that worked just fine for us.

I reserved a block of 8 rooms for Saturday 5/13 until Monday 5/14. Upon checking-in, two of the rooms smelled of smoke. We explicitly reserved non-smoking rooms. Both rooms had the lights left on when we arrived, and one had the oven left on. The rooms are 215 and 222.
We would like to be switched into different rooms, but Steve, the general manager, told us that there are no rooms available to switch. Finally, he gave us a free night for room 215 and 222.

This was a no animals, no smoking place. There were 2 dogs in a room near us that kept barking 😑 Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and the couchhad burn holes in it. We went out and bought air freshener to help with that.There was chocolate pudding on the walkway inside the locked door. We were told the office would not be opened after 6pm Friday evening.

The manager was very kind. He called the day of to set up arrangements for us since we were going to arrive late. That process and check in was very easy. The mattress of the couch pull out had a terribly large stain so my husband had to go purchase an air mattress. The area was quiet though and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Was very pleasantly surprised since we have never stayed at an Affordable Suites, we loved the roominess, larger refrigerator, location etc.
