Sargassum is really bad, beware, but nothing the hotel can do about it. Bathroom walls could use some scrubbing, but it's and industrial/rustic vibe to it. Check in was fairly easy - we didn't do breakfast every morning, but pretty sure we were charged for it, regardless. Breakfast is not on premise - it's at another hotel and has a few options, but you can only pick one, not a breakfast bar or buffet, but a small plate. More like a breakfast snack. You'll definitely need to seek lunch out.

I had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide amazing service. I truly appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was — definitely a place I’d happily recommend to others! The view and entire atmosphere was beautiful all around, really immersing us in Tulum.

Hotel was a great place to stay, close to all the restaurants and clubs in the strip. The bed is the best 10/10. Will definitely stay here again
