Hot tub didn’t look clean. Our sink in our room was clogged. Breakfast selection is poor.

Staff was amazing! Brittany was the best host we could have asked for. They were on holiday hours so no staff at the hotel after 5pm

The hot tub is still broken, at least 6 months now but signs outside still have hot tub listed as amenity. The coffee machine was out of water the whole time we were there. Simple fix that makes a big difference in your stay. We love this hotel so it’s sad to see it not having all the comforts you get use to after staying here for over 5 years when we visit the lake.
Rooms still nice, beds comfy, staff friendly and sunsets views can’t be beat. The pool and sauna were nice and working.
