My only quibble was how long it took to check in and check out; seemed overly bureaucratic, with a lot of paperwork and many signatures required.
Other than that I liked this hotel very much: room seemed a little small, but only I think because the bed was so huge, and very comfortable. Bathroom was fine, and air conditioning and WiFi both worked very well.
Well located for both the ferry and bus terminals, and less than ten minutes by taxi from the airport.
