Shower did not work and only produced hot water, also room was full of ants and got into some of our food that was stored in bags in the room. Overall, very bad experience and very little call to action from the hotel.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Stay was good. The only thing I would address is a lot of hotels will give military and first responders discounts, but this particular hotel did not. Other than that I was pleased with my stay.

We checked in to the Fairfield Inn after a long day of travel. Upon arrival into the first room they assigned for my husband and myself, we found one of the TVs to be inoperable. My husband went back to the front desk, and they assigned us to a new room. Problem solved, you'd think...The next morning, we intended to take a quick shower before breakfast. No hot water. Met our son for breakfast downstairs. He had scalding hot water in his room. Can't moderate temperature with cold. Upon voicing these concerns to the front desk clerk, another hotel patron says they have been experiencing the same issues for three days! This is a known issue to the hotel!! But the only credit they want to offer is $30 a night. I don't know about you, but it isn't worth it to me. We cancelled the remainder of our stay and moved to another hotel.

On four of the five nights we stayed, all water to our room was (literally) scalding hot or ice cold. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the problem. Many of the guests I spoke with experienced the same problems on multiple nights. My family and I have booked a 4+ night stay every Christmas since this hotel first opened. Because of the problems we experienced on this stay (and the likelihood that they will continue), we will not be staying there again. I would be very grateful if Hotels.com could negotiate a partial refund to compensate us for these problems. Until the water problems are resolved, I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. My only complaint is that I didn't have hot water in my room. I'm not sure if it was because they had a water leak in another part of the building but for over $200 a night I should have been able to take a hot shower. The water wasn't even luke warm. Other than the water I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel does need some updating. The Hot Tub wasn't working for the entire stay and there was a problem with the hot water. The staff made up for those shortcomings. LaShonda and Kathy were both extremely helpful and made our stay even better. This hotel is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

It was a nice clean property and friendly staff. However, the fridge did not keep anything cold. You had to push a button every 2 hours to make it cold, but that quit working. Also, we didn't have any hot water. We had reservations for 3 nights and we didn't like having to take cold showers. Other people in the hotel were also complaining about the same things.

This property needs to be condemned. elevator buttons are falling off. Bathrooms are leaking. Toilets dont drain. Airconditioners are so noisy, when I complained i was told to either find another hotel or wear ear plugs and sleep. Wow. In my 25years no such thing has ever happened.

This is a nice and comfortable Hotel. Great restaurants in walking distance as well as shops. Rooms are spacious, cold, clean and mattresses was amazing. Breakfast in the morning great. My only complaint would be the shower head sprays all the the glass door and water pours out. The floor gets wet.

The air conditioning unit was very loud. Clanging metal noise. The outside patio was not organized. Random chairs. You could tell it was not in use. Newer hotel, not managed well. Hotel breakfast did not start until 700am. We did not wait and checked out at 600am. No coffee made. Hotel staff at night and morning never smiled. Just stared. I question, who does the hiring. They were worse than the DMV.

Room was nice but our AC unit was SOOOOO noisy. Disrupted sleep both nights. Then the elevator goes out and we have to haul all luggage up and downstairs. Did not go to breakfast the first morning because it was too much hassle to track up and down several flights of stairs.

We have stayed several times and love the location. It is perfect and centrally located for all our needs. This visit however left us disappointed. The exterior of the property was in very bad shape. Grass and weeds were out of control which reflected poorly on fist impressions of property. The parking situation was horrible as well. Busy restaurants close to property resulted in overflow parking in property lot. We were told Saturday at check in that the pool was closed for service until Monday. Also only one elevator was working. Room carpets were very sticky. I’m guessing it is from the disinfectant applied during cleaning. The air units in the room are INSANELY loud. That has been a constant each time we have stayed.

Good breakfast, always fresh coffee, extremely small closet for a weeks stay. Reported leaky shower three times, nothing done. Black mold and noisy hearer/ air conditioning, both reported. Landscaping was in much need of a gardener......however the location is ideal for us and we would probably stay again because of it.

The location of the hotel was great for what we needed. The breakfasts were amazing. The pool and exercise room were nice. We were there 7 days and they cleaned our room once. I had to take our garbage out and ask for towels.
