For a hotel by the airport it was very nice. I was disappointed that I did not get the room with the availability for my wheelchair accessible but the room was big enough for me to move around. Unfortunately the bed was a little too high otherwise it was a wonderful visit. Thank you.

Heated pool was freezing most of the time. There were never towels stocked in the pool room. We had to go to front desk every time and one of them was rude. The planes were unbelievably loud - when we stayed at another hotel, directly next to the airport, we could hardly hear the planes. Here, it sounded like we were outside sitting next to them when they took off or landed!

Stayed for a night to catch a flight from PDX. The place seems very new. Building is fenced and has extra security measures. Comfort wise, this was great. Check-in process was fine. When asking for a 1hr delayed checkout, they mentioned that that's only available to IHG members. Felt a bit pretentious to have to be a member to get a 1hr late checkout. Regardless, I was a recent member, so was able to get the late check-out. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. On a Saturday it's open from 6am-10am. They were out of food by 8:15am. I've stayed at other HI Express, and I found that this place was very inconsistent for food. They're known for their cinnamon rolls, and they were out. Hot food was out. All you could get was biscuits and gravy. Coffee/tea selection was fine. The kitchen workers didn't look bothered by the lack of food available for guests, especially on a weekend. Overall, stay for comfortable lodging, but have a backup plan for food/breakfast as you can't rely on this place to keep that up.

This hotel was clean and the front desk lady was very friendly and efficient. The hotel offers free airport shuttle that starts at 4am. The room is very clean and the bed is comfy.

This was an unanticipated stay for us during a very busy weather situation. The front desk was working non-stop, and Phoebe and Peggy showed great teamwork keeping everyone patient, while still being able to respond to special requests.

Freezing weather in the Portland metro area so we decided to book a room at the Holiday Inn Express because they have a shuttle service that we used to get to PDX for an early AM flight. Upon arrival at the hotel it appeared we weren’t the only ones with the idea. Staff at the front desk was exceptional.

Really liked how close this property is to the airport. You can hear airplanes in the distance but not enough to startle you in the morning. Property was clean and quiet. Staff was great (by staff I mean Peggy). She greeted and checked us in quickly.

My flight was delayed and I got in after midnight and then had to pay for an uber because the shuttle was not available... That was disappointing. I was unable to get online using my Last name and room number, Finally called the front desk where they told me. That was broken and it just had to use the regular wifi password.... That's okay. It just would have been nice for them to tell me on check in. Overall, this property is really nice. It's new it's clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Just after a long day of delayed flights, it was unfortunate that a shuttle wasn't available. Being so close to the airport also makes it a bit loud. As you hear all the airplanes taking off. Nothing the hotel can really do about that as it's so close to the airport.

Property was clean and up to date with regard to the common areas and rooms. Loved the open shower and comfortable bedding. Staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness room was adequately equipped for the size of the lodging and very clean.

Five-stars all around, except for a couple of days of a different staff person providing the breakfast offerings. One of the best rooms I've stayed in. Next to the airport, but I enjoy the sounds of airplanes taking off.

Wonderful hotel and staff.The original hotel we were planning to stay at was charging $55 a night for parking! We had stayed at this Holiday Inn when flying out of PDX so I checked with them. Parking included, EV charging included (Tesla destination charger so do need adapter). We also received room turnover each night! They also have parking if you are flying out after your stay and hotel shuttle! Our favorite hotel in Portland!!
