This is a nice property for Greeley and it’s in great location downtown. Friendly staff and a conveniently located restaurant/bar inside the property. Hard to believe, but this property is still applying the CO-19 cleaning service protocols. Therefore, the daily room cleaning and replenishment only available upon request, (annoying). Bath towels are thin and were forming holes in one of the two in our room. Windows we’re dirty inside and the Maintance work done was obviously rushed and poorly done. This hotel is obviously operating on a budget, but for Greeley it’s a good place to stay overall.

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The one in the hallway is so small and took forever to heat my cup of coffee. Someone spilled in it and there was nothing to wipe it up.

The staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was the fact that the broiler was not functional. I was told that they had been having trouble with the broiler since Thanksgiving. Though there had been multiple attempts to fix it, the issue still persist. Not having hot water made showering very uncomfortable. As a consideration, I was given complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated, but it totally unacceptable to expect guest to take cold showers.

We traveled to Greeley to see The Nutcracker at the civic center. This is the best hotel in Greeley for a number of reasons, most of all it's right on the square across the street from the civic center and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Meeker's in the hotel lobby is also a fabulous restaurant.

Great customer service upon arrival and throughout. Hot water heater was out but they were up front about it and offered discount. Beautiful hotel. Very nice people!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast at Meekers (the restaurant attached to the hotel) was mediocre at best. The coffee was good but the food was not. I did not eat lunch or dinner there due to the breakfast food being so bad. The park across the street was fun during the day, but at night there was some transient activity, which the hotel has no control over. Overall, a very nice experience. I would stay here again.

Employees were fantastic and very helpful. The beds were super comfortable not too soft but not too firm, it was very clean, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic too. Overall, it's the best hotel I've been to in a long time.

Check in was easy. Love the fact you can get allergy free cookies now. Beautiful lobby has a little store if you need anything. Close to all the breweries shops and restaurants.free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The description of the room I picked said there was a pull out sofa. There was not and the hotel was fully booked could not cancel. Just for the price in Greeley it should have been correct. No one at the front desk cared because I booked a third party

We had a good stay; I just wish they would at least limit the size of dogs. This place has a lot of potential not being realized. The bar closes with patrons still spending money. The Sunday Brunch menu is very limited. Still one of the best places to stay while in Greeley

Our stay was great! Hotel is located very close to downtown Greeley which is really cute snd lots of restaurants! The ed was zuper comfortable and I love the pillows! They have a very unique drawing on the wall behind the bed which I loved. Really very nice decor!
