Our rooms were not cleaned during our 3 night stay. No towel changes or any service at hotel other than check in:out. Beds and pillows are mediocre at best. No breakfast.

The hotel was good if you’re looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights at a reasonable rate. Hotel was clean which is what you’re really after at that price The hotel isn’t too far from downtown but seems longer sometimes because of slow moving traffic on the interstates Not much around it, there are some casual restaurants within a mile but you will need to drive

In a very quiet area near hospitals & just off of 264. Lots of restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy. Room is large & clean. (There aren't any bedside lights, just FYI.) It's not fancy, but it's a good value.

Spacious room. Large mini-fridge with a separate freezer which was very convenient. Very comfortable stay. Only negative was the penitentiary grey color of the room doors. Please add some color to brighten up the hall way for your guests. Otherwise, great value and I would stay here again.

The only complaint I truly have is that I felt as if it was a bit overpriced to have to listen to people run around, and stomp and yell most of the night. But the room was clean, and very well kept as was the bathroom.

Our stay, for a week, due to a plumbing problem at our house, was interesting. I would have to say that customer service was not top of their list. Upon check in, I said we would return, in mid afternoon, each day, and to pls have room cleaned by then. It was not, on 2 occasions. Other guests came in at 5 pm, and found the same problem. There was guest laundry: one washer, one dryer, which was often used by the cleaning staff who was actually one of the owners’ family member, plus a non English speaking woman. The owners’ family member was infuriated that I would expect to use the guest laundry when she and the cleaning staff wished to use it. I think the fact that we were extended stay individuals, instead of overnight guests, did not allow the owners to just schedule cleaning, use of laundry facilities as they chose to. The place had few guests that I could see, by cars parked, lights on. When lawn was cut, lots of spiders, and beetles in building. The overnight desk rep was very helpful…. Place was newly updated. We have stayed all over USA, parts of world. This place just needs to be tweaked a bit, as far as the needs of the customer such as getting the room cleaned in AM, and for staff to not use guest laundry, …. And spray for those bugs!!!

It is in a quiet location and the staff are friendly when you check in. The bed was very uncomfortable and the layout of the room was weird. No reading lamps or places to charge your phone by the bed.

Clean inside and out, well taken care of. Check-in was quick and easy. The layout is interesting and wouldn’t be suited for those with difficulty getting around (stairs to get out of the lobby).

The room was clean and worked for our needs. But, it would have been nice to know a couple things. One, there are no elevators (at least we could not find one). And second the pillows are about half the size of a standard pillow. Other than that it was nice

Got the job done. Good Location. $100 deposit not $50. No breakfast but the coffee was great. I can tell by the list of rules that this hotel may have once been a hot spot for unfavorable activity… but I felt safe-ish. The safely latch up top looked like it had at one time been kicked in. When I opened the door before releasing it…it stopped nothing.

Desk clerk was unfriendly and cocky. The area was just ok. No bottled waters in noticeably overpriced vending machines. Very hard towels that hurt rubbed against your skin. Inconvenient holding deposit in very small font. Will not return.

When I walked in I was met with the stench of either bad cooking or body odor- I am. It sure which, but it was overwhelming. The place is like a prefab trailer home and the lobby am after thought. No services. You wouldn’t eat the breakfast if they did serve it ( which they don’t even now due to “covid concerns”) I room seemed ok but backed up to the interstate. Look, if this is all you can afford or you are desperate for a nights sleep, I am sure it is fine - but it is out of the way, not convenient to much except a huge hospital complex and there is a reason they won’t let you cancel a reservation. I cut my stay short and found other accommodations. I am No snob, but , wow, this was not what I expected.

THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY ACCOMODATING IN GETTING ME A ROOM THAT WAS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, AND THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE, HOWEVER, I WASN'T TOO HAPPY WITH THE PILLOWS. OVERALL, I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE LOCATION AND WOULD CHOOSE TO STAY HERE AGAIN.

Room was clean but bring your own towels. Had to daily ask for clean towels and either leave the dirty ones in the hallway or take to the front desk. Property needs more towels in the building for bigger events. Staff was really nice.
