Room are kept cleen . Staff are very friendly and helpful and this hotel is central to everything, shopping, restaurant, the train and fifteen minutes walk to the marina park. Overall our stay there was wonderful.

Naila is a cosy family friend hotel at Bakirkoy’s heart. Staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. We surely will come again.

We stayed at this hotel between 27th May and 2nd June 2019. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

The staff were so friendly, I arrived at 2am in the morning, the gentleman helped me with my suitcases, the location is very accessible, so many shops around the location, nice cozy hotel, I loved the view of the sea from the restaurant on the 6th floor.
