My time in Pattaya was incredible, mostly because of my stay in this hotel. It’s right on the beach. Rooms are clean and inviting. Staff was kind and helpful. I particularly appreciate the manager at check in. There was confusion that happened upon arrival even through my room was pre-paid for upon reservation. The manager promptly fixed the problem and upgraded us as well! We had a lovely time! Will definitely stay here again!

My last stay at the Ambassador was over 20 years ago hence quite surprised at the good condition of the room which looked like has undergone renovation. Room was nice and clean but we thought the TV screen could be bigger given the large size of the room.
Front office staff were very efficient. Also restaurant staff both at the Atrium and Phuluang were quite pleasant. Food overall was average.

Our stay was AMAZING. I visited with my two kids, they LOVED our stay especially the amazing central pool and the pool by the ocean. What really made our stay memorable was Pasta Pasta restaurant where the Pizza and Pasta was out-of-this-world. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxed holiday where you literally don't need to leave the hotel, all your fun/comfort needs are fully provided.
